Disappointed with the delivery of this purchase. The lip charm bag tag was missing and tote bag didn't come in protective packaging like the other pricier clutch bag I bought in the same week (before receiving the tote). This tote bag arrived in a plain cardboard box with just the invoice. Customer service advised me to return the item which is now out of stock. Not a good experience with this particular purchase.
