Cane quickly but to wrong address even after being advised it was changed

I didn’t receive the item, after notification it had been sent I received an email from the shipping company notifying me the item had been returned to the warehouse. Slightly baffled as I didn’t cancel my order. Disappointing customer care no response to my email
