I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lulu & Georgia. I ordered the Charleston sofa from your beautiful website. The sofa arrived in 5 weeks and it is gorgeous and beautifully made, exactly as pictured, I didn’t even send for a fabric sample. The delivery communication was very efficient, delivered on time and in perfect condition. The sofa being white was completely double wrapped and the friendly drivers were very careful and meticulous. A great delivery service. Overall a 5 star experience!

I really appreciate the delivery guys today. They did not hesitate to carry the couch up four flights of stairs. They had a great attitude and got it done quickly. We have had several deliveries from other companies where they refuse delivery and don't want to carry furniture up the stairs. Thank you to today's team for getting it done!

I ordered my leather chair on 10/1 & today is 12/5. I don't know where the chair is or when it is scheduled to be delivered based on my tracking information. It would be comforting to have an idea how long I am expected to wait for this expensive item.

I appreciate offering free wallpaper samples, but it’s impossible to get a sense of the colors or pattern with a 4x4 square.

Unfortunately, my experience as a trade member was lackluster compared to my experience with other vendors with trade programs. To begin with, the trade application process was complicated- I submitted my application twice and received no reply until I contacted customer service. Second, there is no personalized service for designers- an assigned salesperson or designer that will service the account. This makes it harder for me as a designer to coordinate purchases & deliveries. In my particular case, I was not able to coordinate delivery date of items purchased for a project out of state. This created a situation that required me to find someone to receive merchandise, as the day assigned for delivery was after Thanksgiving and employees were on vacation. Also, delivery company left the two heavy boxes blocking a common area in the condo. Again, there was no means to coordinate all these components of the purchase. It would have been great to have someone in the company help me with this.

The samples had no details and you could not tell if they would work.

The customer service and response was quick and clear. However it is still a bummer we need to receive an entire new piece instead of receiving the small part. It was something simple and minor.

The cabinet that I ordered came slightly damaged. I decided to keep it still because I loved it and didnt want to deal with returning such a large piece, but I was bummed at the quality for the price.

This was my first experience with Lulu and Georgia. When I ordered the bar cart, the website said it was in stock and would ship in 2-3 weeks. It is now 6 weeks and after communication with Lulu and the shipping company I still have no definite answers on when I might receive it. Unfortunately I’m having to cancel the order.
