Ella rug
I order a 8x10 rug on Black Friday. I initially thought it was great but i noticed issues with the rug the day I received it. The rug had strings/threads that were not cut off/sticking out of the rug. I also noticed some areas through out the rug that had small holes as if the thread was missing. I immediately emailed customer service and sent pictures. I received a response stating the thread/strings was normal and I could cut them. I replied and asked what about the holes? . I received a second response after they asked for more images. I was told it was normal. I thought that is odd. I liked the rug so I thought I can lay it under my bed to hide the areas since the color of the rug are what I was looking for and I also thought maybe no one will notice since it in my bedroom. Then the more I looked at the rug I noticed 3 of the edges are completely uneven and areas wider than others. I emailed again with the rep who had responded to the issue with threads and the holes. I was told I could exchange the rug for a new 8x10, but if I exchange the rug it will take weeks. If I decide to keep the defective rug then I would be given 20% off. At first I thought about keeping the rug but I realized I paid $430 for the rug, plus shipping and tax Totaling $519( which was on Black Friday deal), but I don’t want a defective rug. I asked for an exchange and then was told the exchange could result in the same result (uneven seams). When I questioned how is that possible since I have ordered 1 other Surya brand rug (which the Ella rugs is) and 2 handwoven wool rugs and have never had an issue with threads, holes or uneven seams. I am so disappointed with lulu and Georgia. A customer orders a product that isn’t cheap and should expect the product to be free of defect/damage. I could see if I ordered a cheap rug but the Ella rug was not a cheap rug. I would not recommend Lulu and Georgia products. Mayhew swivel chairs
The chairs were to ship in 3-5 weeks. They shipped in 10 weeks. They told me white glove delivery. I got them via fedex. I wish this allowed me to post pictures but it doesn't seem to. The chairs are overall nice looking, very comfortable and the material is nice. I ordered a swatch and they are true to the swatch. However, the workmanship for the price is a bit disappointing. Seams are lumpy and not straight. They certainly look straight in the photos. There is an area of crusty fabric right at the top. I have sent the company photos and they have not replied. The chairs are custom and so not returnable. Shop at your own risk. These are not what I expect for over $1000 per chair!

process was great! customer service was fantastic. product is the absolute worst piece of furniture. I honestly should have saved my $$ and gone to ikea at this point:(

Imabari Sofa
I’ve had the Imabari sofa for almost a year now, and unfortunately, it has been a huge disappointment. From the start, it has been incredibly uncomfortable, leaving me with body aches every time I get up from it. The cushions are far too firm and lack any sense of coziness, making it unbearable to sit on for extended periods. I had to add a ton of pillows just to make it somewhat tolerable. The quality of the fabric is fine, and I even got it professionally cleaned recently in preparation to sell it, but that doesn’t change the fact that this has been the worst purchase I’ve ever made. For the price I paid, I expected so much more in terms of comfort and usability. I can’t recommend this sofa to anyone looking for a comfortable, inviting piece of furniture. I’m deeply disappointed and regret spending so much on what turned out to be an impractical and uncomfortable sofa.

Customer Service at Lulu and Georgia
If possible I would give ZERO stars to Lulu and Georgia. In early October (5th) I placed an order for a single item piece of furniture worth over 4K. I was told that as it is custom made it would arrive in early December. No more communications after my purchase in the interim except that in early December, with no further explanation than "production delays" I received a communication saying that perhaps my item might arrive by late JANUARY! And that was it. No more explanation, a sorry, an update. I have tried to communicate with Lulu and Georgia via chat (bot) via e-mail - received a peppy response from a lady named Victoria which resolved nothing, via phone (impossible to talk to a human) and the number is hard to find as they don't publish it anywhere. When the call answers, it is an automated message encouraging you to write to them!!!!! Honestly, I do not know if my experience is unique (I would hope) since it is incomprehensible how they stay in business with this lack and care for the customer. I am beyond upset and write this message in the hopes that someone wishing to buy from this company is informed about that fact that when you part with your money to them, you are on your own and unable to get more information.

Horrible Customer Experience
Purchased a dining table on November 24th because it said 5-7 day shipping and I needed it in time for my family coming for the holidays. It still hasn’t shipped and I have reached out to Lulu & Georgia four times in the past three weeks asking for an update and no one has bothered to respond to me. At this point I just want to cancel the order but can’t get ahold of anyone at L&G. There is no phone number (it just goes the voicemail) so you’re forced to try to get in touch with someone via chat or the email but no one ever responds. I’ve purchased a lot from L&G over the years but never again.

Worst packaging and delivery
Horrible delivery packaging - maybe the worst I’ve ever seen. Multiple items arrived with damaged packaging, as if items were just dumped into a box without any care - there was no padding or stuffing. Multiple items had crushed or opened boxes. One of the items looked like it had been used and returned. I also ordered many sets of flatware, which were just thrown in ziploc baggies and could’ve scratched and damaged the flatware. I wish I could attach photos to this review. Never ordering from this company again.

I love the look and quality of this chair. Also that it fits my vanity perfectly. The heaviness of it I don’t care for, cause I have a hard time sliding it out to sit on.

Shipping and delivery were great. But the product color was very different than the photo. Much more yellow. I was disappointed but my son said it was "OK" so we kept it.
