I will not shop with this company ever again. I will not recommend this company to anyone I know. The forced white glove service for a chair my six year old could assemble is absurd. It was 33% of the cost of the chairs. That price is unwarranted and exorbitant. And the delivery, while quoted at 2-3 weeks, took over five weeks and ruined our holiday hosting plans. For a company charging a premium, I was shocked at the poor communication and terrible logistics.

The shipping service white glove is the biggest scam. $200 to have guys who walk in your house with dirty boots, Leave styrofoam everywhere and don’t even know how to set up a light in less than an hour.

Delivery sent to wrong address. It’s been a fight to prove they sent it to the wrong address, and get either an item reissue or refund. I have yet to receive either and this is my first time shopping with L&G in a while.

I purchased the Topia high dresser and nightstand. I should have been more careful in reading the description that the glides are wood. This means the drawers will tend to stick and pull from side to side. This is very old fashion technique - being old myself, the remedy is soap - rubbing a bar of soap along the rails. However, for $2700+400, I just "assumed" the there would be metal glides with full extension. Even using wood glides, the drawer should extend fully. Instead, by actual measurement, there is 5-1/2" of the back of the drawer which is NOT accessible - a full 1/3 of the drawer. Very shoddy choices were made when constructing this line. I will be exceedingly more caution if I should ever purchase from this source again. The colour of the pieces are about 10% darker than the photos. The delivery was fine.

I reached out to clarify a missing dimension of a sofa that was not listed on the website. It took over a week and multiple follow-ups to finally get the answer. As a designer, the long response time does not work with how quickly we need to turn things around for our clients. I will not source from LG again.
