Much lighter than the photos show!
6 months in and we really love this rug. The quality is some of the best we've ever received from L&G, it's handwoven yet thick and feels great on our hardwood floors. However this rug is significantly lighter than the photos — so much so that my husband thought it was reversed when we first rolled it out! It's more of a cream rug with subtle brown and blue pattern woven throughout. Because we loved the quality we adjusted our design and are happy we kept it.

Either deceptive advertising or defective products
Lulu and Georgia should be ashamed of themselves. Either they have unrealistic definitions of what a “defective” product is, or they willingly engage in deceptive advertising. I purchased the Mahoe Oval Coffee Table from Lulu and Georgia on March 6, 2025, for a total of $2031. 52. The images online where of a beautiful travertine coffee table in light, neutral colors, with no mention of variances. I received the table on March 18 and it was nowhere near close to the image of what I ordered and was far different than the reasonable amount of "natural" variation – it was a color-blocked table with a white top and dark brown, stark contrast, legs. It was awful. I rejected the delivery and they placed a new order. I received a replacement on March 31, and same thing, and a third on May 22, also the same thing. I requested a full refund, either to my original payment and/or store credit. They are refunding $1496. 51 to my credit card and another $264. 09 as store credit, for a total “refunded” of $1760. 60. There is a delta of $269. 92. The "store credit" was the "restocking fee", since they are claiming that the item is not defective. However, the item is clearly defective. If what I received wasn’t defective, then it is most certainly deceptive advertising. I would be more than generous and accept the delta as part of the "store credit", giving them the chance for suture business. However, I cannot accept this delta when this is clearly either a defective item or deceptive advertising. I have spent countless hours corresponding back and forth with the “CX/Customer Experience” team to no avail. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture order, and I cannot believe I am being swindled by them. I guess this is what I get for blindly purchasing from a store I found advertised on Instagram and through various “influencers”. Marble quality control issues - Zainab Vase
Zainab marble vase - site photographs look nothing like the actual item. The vase appears almost entirely solid light yellow, with very little marble veining. I was told by Trade Customer Support it was the computer monitor, which is completely disingenuous and ridiculous. Further there is no way to contact the company other than sending an email and waiting 3 days for any type of reply. I don't know of any other company with such poor customer service for members of their Trade Program. I would hesitate to buy anything Lulu and Georgia again.

Deva platform bed - huge mistake
I’ve never wrote a bad review for anything but I don’t want anyone to have an experience like I’m having. Deva platform bed - worst experience. We ordered this expensive bed and prepped for the arrival while removing our previous bed the day it was supposed to arrive. The Deva Arrived with no hardware, nothing to put it together. Hardware stores don’t carry the exact pieces needed for this bed, it has to come from the manufacturer. Finally after weeks of back and forth with Lulu and Georgia bots and sleeping on the floor, we received hardware. I rearranged my work day for a handyman to come put the bed together. Only for the handyman to come and I’m still missing hardware. The bed legs and the metal connectors that hold the whole bed together. There’s no contact number for Lulu and Georgia and my only way to contact is via email or their chat box. Worst customer service of my life. Worst product of my life. Sleeping on the floor and stuck with this defective and incomplete bed. Don’t buy this.

Do not buy furniture from this establishment if you value comfort, quality, or peace of mind. I purchased a $3,800 sofa from Lulu and Georgia, delivered in July. Almost immediately, it began squeaking—first in one spot, then progressively across the entire couch. Now, every time you sit down, shift your weight, or even slightly move, it lets out a loud squeak. It reacts to everything, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation or relax without being disrupted. To make matters worse, the sofa is extremely hard and uncomfortable, and it’s not level—when you lie down, it actually feels like you might roll off onto the floor. I’ve completely stopped using it, and now I watch TV from my bed because I can’t stand sitting on it. This is not what I expected when spending nearly $4,000 on a supposedly high-end piece. I reached out to customer service and was asked to send videos and photos, which I did immediately. Despite following up multiple times, I received no response for over a week. Being ignored after such a significant purchase is incredibly disappointing. This was meant to be an investment in quality. Instead, it’s been a daily frustration. I expected so much more from Lulu and Georgia, and I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from them.

Kirk Table- DO NOT BUY!
I purchased the Kirk Table. The leg is spitting in half. I reached out to customer service. Since they said "they could not find my order" they refused to replace the leg of the table. I unfortunately had to throw the table away after only 8 months of having it because it fell apart.

When I tried to get a replacement leg, I was unable to find any resolution with customer service since it was a gift, which ultimately forced me to throw away a table worth over $2000. Horrible Cheap Table
I purchased the Rutherford dining table and only have had it for just over a year and started to warp contacted the company and only wanted to give us $150 after paying over $1900. Now the warping is bubbling and looks horrible will NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!!!! Cheap Table !!!!!!!!!!

Clementine Platform Bed
“Maybe the most complicated bed frame to put together in 2025”- per my husband who is extremely handy. The website simply says “assembly required” but that could mean anything. This was a lot more work than expected. With the two of us, it took a couple hours to put it together. A little ridiculous for what this bed costs. In the end, it is beautiful, thank goodness. We got the green linen color and it looks just as pictured on website. Two stars were knocked off though due to what a headache it was putting it together and that there was no expectation of that based on website information.

I reached out to Customer Service and they reference a 48-hour damage policy window and offered me a meager 10% store credit. While I like the look of Lulu and Georgia's items, I will not order again as this experience shows they don't stand behind the quality of their products. I encourage everyone to look at Wayfair as their customer service is top-notch and they stand behind everything they sell 100%.

Some products look very interesting and I may purchase some curtains after I get a swatch I ordered. I got an ad in my email with a blue striped ottoman that stated "On Sale". When I clicked on the picture the ottoman was not on sale and said "not eligible for promotion". This might be a coding error or else it's misleading advertising and I've unsubscribed because I don't have time for wild goose chases.

I tried to contact them personally but no phone # so that’s a little shady! I did email them but they said it was over the return time n there was nothing they can do !! What!!! The piece is probably made with inferior materials causing it to split n cracks! I would say BEWARE of this company cause it does not stand behind any of there products!!!!

Samples are ridiculous!!
I ordered a sample of a wallpaper that we liked. We wanted to make sure the blues in the wallpaper went with our other decor. The sample was maybe a 4” X 4” worthless piece. Mostly all white with a small bit of the leaf (grey) on one side. The sample showed us nothing. There were a couple of very thin lines of the blue but not enough to make a choice.

They are a nightmare to work with. 2k dresser with soft close drawers doesn’t actually close properly. Night stand had off color marking on the top of it. Bed delayed for more than 5 months. Awful.
