Two of three pillows were a hit (chestnut velvet lumbar and the Eames print pillow. Our real disappointment is the blue velvet pillow which looks very little like the photos on your website. The color is sort of lifeless. Can we return it for a refund?

Satisfaction itself
I purchased the Wool Rug in 3 different sizes, and after purchasing it, I also purchased 2 pillows and 1 end table. I recognize and am satisfied with all the quality. However, one downside is that the shipping cost is quite expensive.

As a first-time customer, I purchased the Baz hand-knotted wool rug exclusive to Lulu and Georgia. It is so nicely made and the earthy colors are beautiful. It lays flat, is soft underfoot and looks gorgeous against my bleached oak floors. It arrived promptly, well packaged and was accurately presented by the website photos. I was able to take advantage of a sale price which made it all the more attractive. I’m sure I will be a returning customer for additional rugs for other areas of my home. Thank you Lulu and Georgia!

Lovely Products : Not Great Delivery
I struggle with this review because I did receive help when purchasing my items ($10K+ worth of products) when I accidentally used the wrong credit card and the customer service was able to cancel my purchase and reorder with the correct card - thank you! Also Jenessa was helpful when I was trying to figure out which bedframe would work with my platform and mattress. However, after that, the delivery was not smooth: I received an extra set (2) of Seine lamps that came in an Awful smelling cardboard. . . perhaps recycled material but I lived with it for more than a week before they were picked up (big smelly boxes). I wonder how often this sort of mistake happens because I felt forgotten with regard to the delivery of my Disc nightstands -- told to expect the end of November but not word on them. I waited until after Thanksgiving to inquire but I was the first to reach out to customer service and Jenessa but no one knew why they were not delivered. I was told they are waiting to hear back from the warehouse or delivery but it really felt as though no one had any idea I did not receive my nightstands. I also received the wrong sham (I received a Euro sham inside a King sham bag - I did not need a third Euro but I did need the second King!). The customer service made me feel like I was trying to get something free. . . I had to send photos to prove what I received so they could help me and send the correct sham (which they did) But. . . REALLY, after I honestly return the extra Seine lamps I felt like I was being interrogated - I bought a full set of products and would have appreciated a more "Nordstrom-like" response such as: Oh dear, sorry that happened, we will send out another King Sham to you right away. Hope your service can be better as you have lovely products and work with fabulous designers. Thank you, Diane Scalzo (626-437-5795)

Wrong product received and confusing and frustrating return experience
I ordered two Euro shams and received two King shams (product was mislabeled). When I tried to initiate a return through the returns workflow for both, I kept getting an error message, and had to send a message to customer service in order to request a return (pending a response). The product itself looked fine, it just isn't what I paid for.

Worst experience Ever! Do Not purchase. Ordered a bed being told it would arrive no later than Dec 6th! After not receiving the bed, and 5 un-responded to emails in regards to its ETA, we were finally informed the bed would not arrive until April, and even that is subject to change. No refunds, no recourse. They don't care. Also, the $2K dresser that did arrive has soft close drawers that DO NOT CLOSE! This scam store should close down.

Curtains size + quality & poor customer service
I ordered two curtains and one panel was about 2 inches longer than the other. Within two days of receiving the delivery I emailed support and submitted a chat inquiry to see how to resolve and still have not heard back. Overall I really like the curtains but the quality control and customer service need a lot of work.

Usually if I order something back ordered the date seems more of a suggestion but this time I got them when I expected them and they are really beautiful pillows.

I was so disappointed in how your company urges me to give my email address for a certain percent off and to accept text messages from you for free shipping. When I get to check out, I got neither one, but you have my information and I am pelted with emails now and, multiple text messages during the day even though about opted out for both of them. I do like my product that I got, but that was switch bait and I’m very disappointed. I would still like the credit for the shipping and the 10% off but attempts to get this I keep being told that you cannot stack those. Why don’t you say that before you collect my email and my phone number for text. No telling who you’ve probably sold it to now , I’m going to start getting information from. Won’t be ordering from you again.

Delivery was top notch! I purchased several lamps. All came beautifully packaged! Not a scratch on them. The shades came in one piece, in perfect condition ! Will definitely be using Lulu and Georgia in the future ! The quality of the lamps was way above anything you could order on Amazon, by far! Love all my purchases! Very happy!!

Where is the bench I ordered?
My email questions go unanswered and your delivery people called me to schedule a delivery of a bench that I ordered almost an entire month ago and because the ZIP Code was one digit off, they refused to schedule delivery saying that Lulu and Georgia had to approve the new ZIP Code. I said you had already delivered two dressers to me here I’m at the same place. The guy spoke very fast and wanted to refer me to you guys and kept speaking over me. I assume that he gets paid by the call rather than by the hour. Once he knew he couldn’t set delivery he wanted off that phone as fast as he could. I’m still waiting for the delivery of this bench. I’m still waiting for a response from my email and I am very very unhappy.

Unresponsive Customer Service
Didn't send me all of the wallpaper in my order -- then did not have the same dye lot and could not get them to respond about refunding me. Mind you this slowed down my project by weeks at this point.

Eucalyptus Wreath wilted within a day
Eucalyptus Wreath wilted within a day in spite of misting it more than once a day. Berries are shriveling and doubtful it will look festive by Christmas 14 days away.

Terrible customer care. 0% responsive
The customer service is terrible. I reached out to the team before 4 days and there has been no responsive. I would never recommend lulu and Georgia to anyone. Considering they are only online I assumed they would have an exceptional team to be responsive to all their customers. But unfortunately I have been proven wrong. Regret my purchase.
