I did my research on all the camera systems out. There took me about a year but the same name kept coming up, Lorex so the choice for me was very simple. Do you research first and then compare everything to Lorax the choice will be simple for you too.

I have a Lorex camera system that I am satisfied with. I wanted to add on to my system so I called Lorex sales to inquire about a product advertised. It was a horrible experience. The sales rep spoke poor English. He couldn’t answer simple questions about the product and kept asking for a SKU number. When I gave him a SKU number he said that it didn’t register or come up as anything. I’m pretty sure he didn’t understand English well enough to get the number correct. I got nowhere. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed without a positive outcome. Good luck!

I’ve been totally pleased with Lorex products even though low voltage electronic equipment are susceptible to nearby lightening strikes.

Your best choice

The tech i spoke to helped me diagnose problems with my older system. In discussing it with him it made sense to trade up and get a newer system. He transferred me to the sales team where they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right system at the right price for me.

I have purchased three generations of Lorex security systems. You could say I am a fan of their products. Their security systems are powerful and are of a good value. They are intuitive products and easy to set up. There are a lot of advanced options for experienced users like me. Only had one issue and that was that FedEx left the package next to my front gate where buy the time I got home, some person was outside looking at the package I'm thinking he was about to take it.
