The system is easy to set up and use. I've been using lorex "dvr 12 channel 4 are fusion" for 4 years now and I wouldn't recommend buying this system because I have two properties with this system and have the exact same problem with both systems. Both system have a issue with one camera starting to get scroll lines and star interfering with other cameras causing them to go dark also i have one doorbell camera and it dosen't work half the time and when it does I can't answer it because I get cannot connect. I've spent many hours with tech replacing cameras wires and power supplies. I gave up because it's been a total waste of my time and money. Ill just say I have two properties 1 of them has 1 dvr and 8 wired cameras and 5 wifi cameras and the other has 1 dvr 4 wired cameras and 5 wifi cameras. And the app seems to be overloaded im not sure but I spend alot of time trying to get the app from freezing up and getting the same old stupid cannot connect to camera. I also deal with alot of miss motion detection and I mean alot. Wish I would have done my research instead of ✌️can't go wrong with Costco✌️ and what a free app😲. Sorry lorex but I would never buy this product again.

Technical support wait times exceeded 35 minutes and never resolved my issues with my 2K WiFi Doorbell. After over 2 years of my self diagnostics, I determined that my WiFi Signal strength (2 of 5 bars) at the doorbell was inadequate and the cause of all of my problems.

Horrible customer service. If I receive an email from someone asking me to respond and I do, I don't expect to continue to get automated emails saying don't email.

So far nothing good. . . I hope for better service
