Great Cam and recorder. But i bought 4 cams, 2 for the outside and 2 for the inside. The 2 for the inside are a lot too big to be put in place. should avec bought an other model for the inside.

Everything was shipped quickly and arrived in tack. Quality of everything was very good.

Did a 27 camera system with two 16 channel NVR's and all went well.

Worst company ever , cant send the right power cords after four trys . Given them all the information and they still couldn't send a cord that fits .

Tech support is pretty good. I love that I can always reach an actual person to troubleshoot

The sales person was very knowledgeable and the shipping took less than a week, no problems with the installation. I love the 4K technology and the quieter NVR too.

The system was already installed in the house I purchased so I added a few extra 4K cameras, and the picture quality is incredible.

They are very difficult to deal with.

The equipment was well packaged and arrived without damage. Support was reasonably good. I prefer Lorex above other brands because of the control I have over my data and the feature-rich flexibility of the systems.
