Shipping and buying experiences are top notch. . . navigating to tech support is horrible. . . . . must improve tech ( human ) access. its un acceptable.

I have noticed that some product don't show prices. Remark offers to call customer service ( means speak to salesman). That something I hate to do. Before, you see what you need see the price and buy it. What was wrong with that? May be it is time to check other companies. Reolink doesn't hide its prices. In my opinion it is bad practice.

over marketing your products, you set my expectations higher than your product could actually deliver. Customer service did an OK Job after contacting them twice! I got sent the wrong tracking information and no one knew how to fix it.

Still waiting for 4 camera power adapter

Product is great. Customer Service is Terrible! I got an email saying UPS was dropping it off. But, they meant Canada Post. When I contacted Customer Support online (before I received the product via Canada Post); I got absolutely no response! Still have no reply. Get MUCH better with customer support!
