Good experience overall. Shipping was good, install instructions could use some work. As a customer with minimal networking and camera system experience I had to do a lot of googling during the install process to figure out how to get everything working. System included a bridge and a POE switch so it wasn't exactly a simple plug and play.

Shipping and service great. A few days ago, we had a bit of trouble with accessing cameras, replay, and playback but my son and I think Lorex servers were causing the problems. Next day all cameras were working again as expected. First time ever experiencing such a problem but may have been due to downtime required for server maintenance!
