The tech i spoke to helped me diagnose problems with my older system. In discussing it with him it made sense to trade up and get a newer system. He transferred me to the sales team where they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right system at the right price for me.

Only had one issue and that was that FedEx left the package next to my front gate where buy the time I got home, some person was outside looking at the package I'm thinking he was about to take it.
