Repair dose know what to do about the noise that it thinks is there. But not there.

Not having very good luck with Lorex NVR and cameras.

I researched the LOREX products for years before purchasing. I am very happy with the products and performance. Online videos for set up are very well done and easy to follow.

We had an issue with one of our cameras remaining in CNV mode after the installation. Contacted Lorex tech support and they referred the matter to customer service. Within two days we had a replacement camera on site and installed. Whole process was quick, easy and painless.

Disappointed that I received a defective part twice and was refused overnight delivery of the part for the third attempt. Ordered the identical part on Amazon and was done in five minutes. Customer service was nice but the results were ineffective. My issue wa not a priority even though it was a result of a defective part twice.

Need better phone system as I was cut-off 3 times when trying to resolve an issue. Additionally, I kept getting referred to different departments. Some folks were good, some not so much.
