Good service

Shipping fine, early. Cameras from several years ago work great. But the new batteries aren't working any better than the old ones that came with them. Losing charge fast.

Ordered the security camera system. It arrived pretty quickly. Easy to install. Remote access to cameras needs to be better.

Like the cameras, hope not to ever need to use the warranties but if i do then I hope the service will be as great as my first impression with this cameras.

Wich you had better online or over the phone support. Struggled to get cameras hooked up to the systems just by using what is given through your guy's resources.
