I ordered and received a new part for my AirMini only to discover that it was not compatible with the Air Mini. I read everything I found to figure out how to handle an exchange of my order for the one that would work with my Air Mini. I got a young man named Mike on the phone and he found what I needed, ordered it for me and told me I didn't have to return the other one. I appreciated the way he handled this procedure and he was very kind and helpful.
Inaccurate information. Unnecessary communications.
I had search for months looking for the best price for a Resmed air mini. Lofts was $200 cheaper than any other places I found. Awesome customer service and fast response. I am looking forward to purchasing from them again.

This whole transaction was so good. Everything was shipped as promised, the pre-sleep test meeting was helpful, the test worked well, and the follow-up was the best. Deegan was spectacular in communication and in suggesting things that helped my experience.
Ordered Resmed, got an incompatible makes with no headgear. Couldn't find a customer service contact to facilitate a return

The new little elbow with the flaps doesn’t seem to allow air to escape the tube. I have not heard a reasonable explanation on how this does not allow a buildup of exhaled air with an increasingly high concentration of CO2.

This company is a carve out company from inspire sleep ! Customer service is not great explanation and plan of care is not great when you speak to a provider they know nothing what or why you are being seen for had no answers and clearly not what I as interested in I thought I was doing business with with inspire sleep for a medical device I was interested in and then they said on you don’t qualify for that. Quickly pushed over to get other Durable medical devices that they could bill my insurance thousands of dollars and bill me a month service cost was not able to tell me if they were contracted or even accepted my insurance.
I felt the company did a great job in trying to help me with my sleep apnea. They have great products and great support. While I ultimately decided that a CPAP machine was not for me, I felt that they were doing everything possible to help me get a good nights sleep.
