Using Lofta for my home sleep study was so easy - and fast! Things progressed very quickly from getting my sleep study, to results available the next day to speaking to a sleep specialist the day after that. Then, my CPAP machine was overnighted to me. So, time from sleep study to beginning treatment was 3 days. THREE days! That is amazing to me. I feel like my health and wellness is important to Lofta, and that they want me to get the sleep therapy I need to relieve problems I have dealt with for almost 2 decades. I feel very happy with the CPAP machine recommended for me, and I am so hopeful that I experience lasting results. Thank you, Lofta, for getting me started on the road to better wellness.

I was able to find exactly what I needed for ny CPAP machine.
I had purchased a new mini cpap machine. The mask wasn't compatible with my current machine. I originally purchased one which was delivered somewhere other than my home. I reached out to customer service and another one was sent quickly. I received it 3/7/26 and I appreciate the timeliness of this purchase.
Awesome ordering process
From the sleep test to the initial ordering of my machine and masks and all the subsequent mask swaps. . . I have been very impressed with my experience. The customer service reps have been super responsive and my mask swaps have been absolutely painless! I'm glad I chose Lofta for my CPAP needs.

I've done a sleep study before and this was much easier. Plus, the consult that I got afterwards has been great getting me setup with a system.
Poor communication from Lofta Care specialist, which is a paid service. They were unreachable for several weeks. The only solutions they will provide you is to try a different mask.

I ordered the wrong size mask. it was easy to get in touch with customer service. They were very nice and got the larger sized out to me right away with no problems at all. Soo appreciate that!!!
Second purchase. Cost less and more efficient.
