Strong customer service = proper device = good exerience Device takes some getting used to, but due to proper device and accessory selection it is fitting and working well. The unit itself is very quiet. The most noise is from the air valve in the nose piece, with it you can fan your significant other in bed if they run hot.

The process was so easy and since all the instructions were online, this was such an easy process!

Lofta is so easy to use. I was able to get through the diagnosis process and have a machine in about a week and half. And it cost less that going through insurance. It would have been a 2 month process using insurance. LoftaCare has been an awesome support!

Lofta was quick to get my test and the results sent. When I purchased a machine, they price matched plus added an additional discount on top of that. The machine arrived quickly. After bout 10 days. I decided the mask was not the right size for me, I reached out and, at no cost to me, sent me a different size mask that fit much better. The whole process was extremely easy and I highly recommend Lofta!

All of my questions whether about hardware, sleep expectations, whatever they were there, it was great. I would highly suggest their service.
