Every time I've needed to contact Lofta they've been responsive and much quicker to respond than my doctor's office and especially the DME provider they initially sent me to. It's madness how much DME's charge because they milk insurance, but when you have a high deductible plan (like most people these days) I would of ended up paying their inflated prices fully out of pocket. LoftaCare has been worth it in helping me find a mask that fits while putting a cap on the cost of that discovery.
