I paid full price for the sleep test, got my results and was ready to receive further consultation. But when the time came to call, I was put on hold and delayed. I repeatedly attempted to get back in touch with the company, but received no response. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The unit is convenient but hard to use, says connected, but no data. . . . Lofta is flooding my email with useless information. Thinking of returning. . .

I ordered a mask for $89 and the quality was horrible. . . can't even use it. It was literally a little piece of rubber/plastic, doesn't seal and makes a a ton of noise. Do not buy "Fisher & Paykel Nova Micro Nasal Pillows CPAP" Mask.

Very good and quick

I’ve been using a cpap machine for 20 years and felt it was time for new and improved equipment. Seemed that I wasn’t getting the rest I got before. Symptoms were returning. Every provider required a prescription. Which means incurring the cost of a doctor visit, to be recommended to a specialist to prescribe sleep study, incurring those costs. Then I found Lofta, through my HSA Store, I saw they provided an at home Sleep test that would provide me with the prescription. The service from begging to end, went smoothly. I figured with prescription in hand, I’d go find a machine on line. They offered to match or beat pricing. They did! Received my Resmed Aircurve11 and once again had the most restful sleep in a while. Plus waking up with energy! Thank you to all involved at Lofta! Highly recommend!

I'm pleased to report that the mini is traveling with me on our next trip. It is much different from the regular size, but it will be ok for my needs.

Considerable challenges getting the app to work. The test itself is easily self administered. Then seems a disconnect between company that sells the device, the doctor who reviews &,the people who sell treatment equipment.

I was pleased with the support during ordering for my travel cpap. The item came quickly and lofts has provided follow up.

After filling out the online questionnaire I had my test kit within 24 hours and a diagnosis within 72. In my area the wait for a sleep study is approximately 90 days.
