Order from Lofta instead of others.

I have severe obstructive sleep apnea. I already knew this before ordering the at home sleep study. I have an older cpap machine that that has been working very well to help me sleep as the data on this machine shows, but needs to be replaced. I can’t get reliable machines without a prescription so I chose lofta to help me get what I need. Took the test, got the results, and was prescribed the most expensive machine that lofta sells, and only that. Tried scheduling a follow up call with respiratory therapist and never received the call as scheduled. Called back to try to schedule again, left a message, never got a return call. A waste of $150 to tell me what I already knew and be prescribed a $2700 machine that I can’t afford and nobody at lofta seems to care.

The home sleep study was so easy to use and do. 👍 The appt we made to review results however 👎. Wasted our time WAITING for the phone call and only after I happened to check my email - I find that results were sent 15 min prior to appt time saying for us to just review them. Seriously? Why did I need to make an appointment? Not happy that left work to get home for the appointment only to have wasted my time.

I have purchased my Cpap supplies with other outfits, but thought I would try out Lofta. It’s been a painful experience. I purchased the wrong mask and wanted to return, but when I went on the online, it says this item cannot be returned. When I purchased the airsense 11. The machine has a leak and I had to go through several emails and videos to send the item back. At this time, I don’t even know where or when the replacement is coming. I don’t think I’ve ever had such difficulty with the other companies.

To say their own brand of CPAP/BiPAP filters cost an arm and leg would be overstating the cost of an arm or leg. Won't do that again!

For someone with Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea and a ton of health issues, getting enough sleep is pretty major. I didn't realize that my previous machine was in major need of replacement. The process was smooth, simple, and really fast. The person who did my script was very informative as well, making sure to explain the pros and cons of my options. I am very satisfied!!!

Got this mask and head gear for my mom. There needs to be options to buy the smaller headgear with the small/wide mask. I had to shorten all of the straps so it fit her head

From a sleep test to a new machine in a week. I was trying to get into my reg sleep dr to find out they were no longer in practice. I was also getting ready for a trio to Europe. Lafta was so easy . And the people on the other end of the phone were so helpful. And I got my machine for half the price of going thru traditional routes. I completely recomed!
