Gets the job done - you take test at home, and can easily learn if your fatigue, daytime sleepiness, depression comes from horrible silent killer - sleep apnea. I hesitated cpap, but after 2 weeks, giving it a try, its not easy to adapt to it, but you do what you gotta do for your health and longevity. While in parallel trying to figure out causes for my OSA and other solutions like myofunctional therapy and potentially surgery. But its a great place to start this journey
