Set up an appointment for respiratory therapist, waited and waited and they never called. Machine is terrible and now no support to calibrate it

I am very happy with my Resmed Airsense 11 and F20 mask. Lofta went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my mask setup and replaced my former mask with the F20.

Easy to navigate website and very fast shipping

The Nova Nasal has become my go-to mask. In my opinion, it combines the best features of the F&P Eson 2 mask and the Resmed N20 mask. I also like that i was able to purchase the entire Fit Pack at Lofta. I wasn't able to do that at some other online stores.

If a prescription is required that should be asked for before purchase. Emailing a prescription is not secure.

Sales rep was very helpful in placing my order.
