Excellent customer service and total experience

Normally I enjoy Lofta products but I was told I could wear my CPAP during my at-home sleep, and then was told afterward that I couldn't and didn't receive any helpful information. Waste of time and money.

Thank you, Lofta team for all of your help from start to finish. I completed a sleep assessment with Lofta, then purchased my CPAP as well. I have received excellent service and care every time I reach out. Items have arrived quickly in the mail, and all of my questions have been answered sufficiently. I appreciate this company and I will continue to tell friends and colleagues about it.

It’s hard to write a review when I haven’t received my package. There obviously was issues with my package being delivered and I have followed the steps that you asked of me. I am waiting for a team to look into this but it’s been a week and I still don’t have my package.

I was dreading the process of getting set up with a CPAP, it seemed complicated and overwhelming. Lofta made it genuinely easy. From purchasing the equipment to connecting with my respiratory therapist and sleep coach, everything was smooth and straightforward. My sleep coach Stephanie has been a standout. She's been incredibly helpful answering my questions, walking me through finding the right mask, and giving me practical advice for actually improving my sleep. She clearly knows her stuff and makes the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional.

I’ve been very impressed with the Lofta home sleep apnea test. One feature I especially appreciated is that it records not only snoring and apnea events, but also your sleep position when those events occur. That additional context makes the results much more meaningful. Combined with the outstanding guidance I received from Eilish, who carefully reviewed my results and explained them in detail, the entire experience was informative, reassuring, and highly professional.
