I’ve been sleeping with linoto for years. Not only is it the best long lasting linen out there, but it washes beautifully. Warm in winter, cool in summer. I could go on raving about the gorgeous, simple packaging. Keep on being the best.

The sheets are quality, hands down. But the wait is obnoxious. The website said 3-4 weeks for the sheets, but it turned out to be nearly 8 weeks. Emailed customer service to inquire about them, but no reply. So, if you are fine with interminably long waits, you will be happy. If not, you might want to order from another company who delivers a quality product much more quickly.

Customer service was friendly and responsive.

The order took a little long to process but I think it was because our size/color was being made to order. Linoto kept us informed along the way & delivery was prompt & accurate when it came. Website was easy to use. Thanks.
