Great communication, great product

Considering I needed to order another fitted sheet after a second one from your older sets has shredded in the center, it amused me to read something about how it's other brands that do this. Just noticed that my remaining older fitted sheet also needs replacing for exactly the same problem. This is an expensive every 2-3 year issue. I do intend to make things out of the remaining fabric from both sheets, but it's still a sad situation.

I love, love, love Linoto's bedding and now have a few sheet sets because it is hard to want to sleep in anything else. Nothing regulates your body temperature like these linen sheets and I get a better night's sleep because of them! Fantastic quality, great customer service and well worth the wait for them to make you an order made especially to your bed size!

I was skeptical on paying so much for boxers but wanted to try linen boxers. Customer services assured me they were the best quality, they also helped me chose the right size so after 20 minutes of their time explaining everything from the cost to make them to the process it takes to receive them I decided to buy a few pair. Wow, I think Im going to buy more in the future. They are the best ever. They are thick and come a little stiff but after 3 times wearing and washing them they are now so soft and very comfortable. If you’re in the fence about getting them now is the time to get off the fence and buy them. Great company

I’m very impressed by the quality of these fitted sheets - from the materials to the construction. EXCELLENT. The wait time is absolutely worth it. Quality takes time, and Linoto communicates very clearly about the wait time, so I was prepared to wait. As someone who is very sensitive to fragrances and fabric finishes, I’m so happy to report that these sheets arrived unscented. I was also so happy to find in the instructions that Linoto does not use detergents/ingredients in their materials that a sensitive person would have a problem with. I couldn’t be happier, and I definitely plan on purchasing again.

When you order from linoto plan on a month before you receive your package. Almost seems as though your items are made once you order since it takes so long for your package to ship. The quality of the linen is outstanding they appear to be quality made, and having natural fabric boxers is amazing. However, the cut/fit is awful. They are boxers cut like Jerry Seinfeld’s puffy shirt! When you put on pants they ride up your legs and get all bunched up.

Good quality and business is good at communicating

Ordered the natural flax fitted sheet in full size and it arrived speedily. The fabric seems somehow sturdier, but this is the first undyed item I have ordered, so I can’t be certain it’s not just the effect of the naturally varied thread colors. It fits well and the extension of elastic on sides (rather than just at corners) is appreciated for the way it helps keep it tautly fitted.

I'm a big fan of Linoto. The design and quality are superb; that's why I do not mind paying a premium price for these sheets. That said, the price was significantly higher on my last purchase, but that's only because the current US presidential administration is an absolute mess and has done things like imposing tariffs which jacked up the cost of materials and thus jeopardized the ability of such a fine company to do business. Rating: Linoto 5 stars; Trump administration 1 star.

The towels I ordered are great quality and arrived quickly. I am excited to give them as a gift. I would definitely order again.

The sheets are heavenly. The color is beyond rich. I've had many sets of linen sheets over the past 15 years. This is the best quality and color that I've found. Thistle is a rich purple.

Very high quality products but a long wait time. I’m patient so it’s not a problem but being charged for products you won’t see for a month or so might put some people off.

I have been ordering from Linoto for some 10 years. They offer high quality, long lasting linen sheets. I have consistently had excellent and prompt service. They will even “tailor” sheets tonfit your particular bed. And nice to kniw that they are made in the US too. Highly recommend.

I wanted to use a $500 prepaid Visa as partial payment, and a credit card for the remainder, however you are unable to split payments. I almost didn’t purchase these sheets for that reason. Almost every retailer I know is able to split payments, so I find that a real detriment.

It always takes a while for the items to show up, but once they get here, the quality is first-rate. Highly recommend.

I have been buying linen sheets from Linoto for over a decade. The quality is consistent and the delivery is always dependable. I have no problem recommending them to others but unfortunately the price has risen so much I can no longer justify purchasing them.

I do love the quality of the linen. I should have gotten a swatch sample though. The powder pink is more of a peachy-pink. Maybe with washing it'll become a softer pink.
