Delivery took much longer than expected.

The quality and customer service are wonderful as always. The colors are beautiful and the fabric is lovely. Delivery takes awhile, but as long as you know to expect that (I wasn't miffed or surprised or anything. . . just something for new customers to be aware of), it's not a big deal. I think it's worth the wait!

Lovely linen sheets that look like they will be very durable. The linen is heavier than other linen sheets that I have purchased. Blankets are the perfect weight. Will definitely shop again when I need more. Linen is the best to sleep on! Very kind and responsive customer service. Just be patient, they are a small shop.

I have never owned a garment made from linen before, so I didn't know what to expect. I looked on the Linoto website and read that the fabric will soften with use. I hope that is the case as these boxers are a tad bit stiff. other than that, I am quite happy with their product. I was sent the wrong size in my initial order. I contacted the company, and they quickly shipped me a replacement at no charge and didn't even ask for the other one to be returned. That's excellent customer service.

After 2 yrs. of searching, I was happy to find you had just what I wanted. The color and fit is perfect. I had to wait for 2 mos. because you had run out of fabric and had to restock, but after 2 yrs. of searching, another 2 mos. didn’t matter. Thank you again.

Good quality but it just took quite long time to deliver and didn’t give us option to set delivery date as we have travels, the package had to be left out for days, luckily no damage.

Excellent service, excellent quality. I purchased the 2 sets of linen duvet covers and 4 linen pillowcases. The online shop was easy to navigate. I received regular updates about progress of the order. When the UPS delivery schedule did not align, a courier was sent to deliver in the package in person. I couldn’t be more pleased and will definitely be shopping here again.

The sheets are SPECTACULAR! Gorgeous, beautifully made, and the color is beyond. My only suggestion is to communicate more proactively - the fabric was delayed from Italy, so delivery was also delayed but I didn't find out until I called to inquire. Otherwise, everyone and everything was grand.

The sheets look exactly like they do in the solicitation email, which made me want them. I didn’t get a ton of emails about where they were in the process.
