Overall terrible experience. Rude customer service, wrong sized items shipped. Add ons were charged for but not fulfilled, then was told I couldn't return the items as they were "custom" ordered.

This product is great quality. Took a while to receive, so be patient.

I have no complaints. Everything arrived in good condition. I knew beforehand it could take 4 to 6 weeks, but I wasn’t in a hurry.

Great sheets! Thicker than our previous linen sheets so I'm hoping they last for a few years. I look forward to getting into bed at night! They're that comfortable.

I'm not much a fan of Shopify...I'd rather have direct contact...in the past it (Shopify) could not correctly do math for a specific discount and is still showing $ owed from a past order( I even called and no correction made, although, I did get my order). I'm hoping this error does not influence future order plans as I love the Linoto quality. Progress of order and updates of delivery would also be appreciated...I understand that crafting takes time, but communication is nice and very much appreciated. I could not say more anything but positive comments about when I have spoken with Jason with questions and concerns. The human side and quality is why I keep coming back for more Linoto.

The fabric and construction of these boxers is very good. I chose 'first available' and they arrived within about 2 weeks. The colour is beautiful, a green with hints of gold. So nice, and the packaging is all brown paper woth no plastic, superb. I really like what this company does!
