Best yoga mat I’ve ever had. Looks beautiful and performs even better!

Happy with the services and quality of the Yoga mat Also thanking you for Understanding my challenges with delivery

I messaged Liforme to ask for assistance with the Design your own Mat. Phoebe messaged the next morning and was just wonderful. She totally understood my request, she was really attentive and assisted me throughout my order. I made my selection and designed my mat, and made my purchase through the website. I had a couple of questions re the VIP delivery which Phoebe assisted me with. And again Phoebe couldn’t do enough for me. Her replies were so lovely and understanding. She’s a great customer service ambassador for Liforme. I absolutely recommend Liforme for their service and their products and absolutely fantastic.

I absolutely love my Liforme mat! I was so excited to get it and have really enjoyed using it for my yoga practice. Unfortunately, I noticed some of the surface material starting to peel after only 2–3 uses. I reached out to the Liforme team, and they were incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. They responded quickly, answered all of my questions, explained how to properly care for the mat, and even offered to send me a replacement completely free of charge. It’s honestly so refreshing to experience this level of customer service! I’m so impressed with how Liforme handled everything and am even more excited to continue using their products. Thank you so much to the Liforme team for taking such great care of your customers!

Love it! It is exactly what it promised! I was also amazed how quick the delivery was. I was a bit concerned about the thickness but my lines are Okay with it.

I bought a Classic Yoga Mat from Liforme and it was up to my expectations but I thought I paid a bit too much for it and in no time at all, Liforme team was ready to assist me with my concern and we found a workable solution for me to keep on enjoying their product. It was handled quickly and professionally.

Your customer service was great. I received a good solid answer. Your restocking fee is too high. I can order your mat through Amazon with no restocking fee if I font like the mat.

I love my new liforme mat. Gorgeous colours and design with fantastic grip and durability. This is my second mat. The first one was a travel mat which I also absolutely love - you can’t beat life for. As a yoga teacher for over 20 years I’ve tried many mats but liforme are the best. Well worth the cost.

I especially love the alignment positioning points to assist with proper form.

Excellent Customer support . very fast shipping!

Had a team member go above and beyond to help me and go out of their way to make sure what I wanted would work out.

I received a promotion code of 20% off. When I used the code, it took me down to the point where I no longer had free shipping. I sent a request into your customer service team, and they were able to compensate me for the shipping fee. I had already purchased the yoga mat, so I was pleasantly surprised when a refund was sent back to my banking account. There aren’t too many companies that would go the extra mile to do that. Thank you!

Beautiful mat! And I’m convinced Liforme uses some sort of black magic because I don’t slip even in the sweatiest of hot yoga sessions. Liforme also delivers unmatched customer service.

My mat arrived only a couple of days after placing an order. The complimentary bag is an excellent add on. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the mat in comparison to other mats I have used. The website was super easy to navigate.

Love this company. Great service. Will always use Liforme.

Very efficient service, received very quickly. The Liforme mat I chose (black and gold) is just beautiful and I am finding my yoga poses are somewhat improved due to the construction / surface of the mat. I just wish I had purchased one sooner

The quality of this bottle is top notch. The wide mouth makes it very easy to wash and add ice. The customer service from liforme was excellent.

Awesome, efficient and friendly customer service!

Highly recommend Liforme! I took their pledge to upgrade my yoga mat, and their customer service was fantastic in guiding my purchase. The mat is made of eco-friendly natural materials. Incredible product and stellar support!
