Had an issue with an item not sent with initial order however arrived separately the next day. Having contacted Liforme to enquire, Anna was superb in promptly replying and dealing with the issue. Would highly recommend Liforme as have always received excellent service . Orders have arrived swiftly (ordered 3 yoga mats and other merchandise on different occasions) and this one time of having a query, was resolved immediately.

We inadvertently ordered the wrong product but the speed with which the company rectified our order was the most impressive I have experienced. Decades long practitioner here (Ashtanga, Bikram, Power Vinyasa ect. . . ) Have owned and used every single "high quality" mat on the market and hated all of them until I found Liforme over 12 years ago out of shear desperation. I was having an issue with a mat I bought . I had only used it a few times but I noticed the grip and absorbing function of the mat was not as good as my other Liforme. I contacted customer service and we discussed the issues. I wanted a full refund since the mat is guaranteed and I was within the 30 days to return . The customer service representative was outstanding! She helped me from start to finish and I ended up replacing the mat instead of returning. I love my original Liforme mat and now I have such respect for the company for their above and beyond customer service!!! I recommend this mat and company to all my yoga friends !

Had an issue with part of my order not being sent. Had to go through a series of back and forth emails with an ai bot which was annoying but once I spoke with a human it was resolved quickly and the missing order has been sent out. Hopefully will be receiving it soon 🤞the emails from the human (Sen?) were very friendly, informative and restored my faith in the company 🙏 The yoga mat I ordered is incredible and I highly recommend ❤️

I have always wanted one of these mats and finally I bit the bullet and have no regrets, it has helped my practice and is the best mat I have ever used, also love the carry case it now goes everywhere with me. The delivery and speed of the order was also impressive.

I own 9 mats from different brands, and Liforme truly has the best grip and the mats are so beautiful! Customer service is also top notch, quick to assist and so friendly. The only bad thing about my mat is that it's so pretty I can't bear to use it! LOL

I purchased a mat from a yoga studio after having it under a month. I had some issues with slipping. I reached out and they were able to help me take care of the problem. They asked me some questions and I gave them information that they asked for and they were able to Replace my mat without any extra charges. I’m thankful for all that they did so I could get a new mat and not slip anymore.
