The ordering process was great. The delivery wasn't. This was down to the delivery company. After a couple of emails with the delivery company where I got nowhere and my order was still with them, although they said it had been ordered, I then contacted Liforme. After a couple of emails with them and a great customer representative, Kate, a new one was ordered and sent via DPD. I received it in time for Christmas as this was a present. The mat is lovely!

EXCELLENT customer service

As a yoga teacher and practitioner, Liforme mats are the only mats I use. They are comfortable, stay put on the floor, and grippy without those uncomfortable grippy materials. Not to mention beautiful! The customer service is always top notch.

I love my matt- it has a great grip and nice design is an added benefit. I bought both regular and travel sizes and they both are super comfortable and come in a very good quality carry bags, but the travel one is much more handy to take it with you to your out of home classes

The ordering process was very easy. I placed an order for a custom mat and changed my mind after the custom order was placed. They were able to switch the wording on the fly and get me what I wanted which was great! I hoped the color of the lettering matched the stripes I chose but the color didn’t quite match.

Service clientèle très réactif . Par contre le service de livraison est vraiment mais vraiment mauvais . Pour ce qui est du tapis Pad j’en suis extrêmement Content . De très très bonne qualité, mousse , revêtement , couleur , marquage … de très bonne qualité. . La housse de rangement aussi est vraiment top , solide , belle et pratique . Donc au final le tapis n’est vraiment pas un premier prix mais la qualité est là ! Donc je ne regrette pas mon investissement. Avant J’utilisais une planche pour mes Handstand mais hélas pas très pratique quand je me déplace . Avec le tapis plus de problème ! .

Liforme’s yoga mats are simply gorgeous and so functional in creating stability for pose flow. Their customer service is beyond 5-star. I had a slight problem and they were not only swift to respond but they clarified and addressed my problem. I wish all companies could be like Liforme! A truly zen experience.
