New to yoga. Started out with a mat from a local store. Then, Amazon. Finally, LF. Which I had tried at the studio too. Why this is a must even as someone new to all this… 1. ) Unlike other workouts, there’s no shoes or support. Lesson learned, don’t underestimate the importance of the right mat for this reason. LF has the perfect balance of firmness and support. Ignore the mm width, it really is about the material. 2. ) Your form is key to getting the most impact from yoga. The lines are so helpful. So many videos and images online to tell how to align for different poses. Also, how to realign to get more or less from that pose. 3. ) It gets very hot and sweaty. My first inclination was to get something textured, which I tried. The problem is you put a lot of pressure on your palms. Especially if this is new or you have less upper body strength, the textured surface can hurt. LF somehow manages to give you grip without the uncomfortable textured surface. 4. ) As someone still exploring, I’m trying out different classes (HIIT, sculpt, slower form etc). This mat seems to work with all class types. I’ve even seen more advanced class members bring the same mat for each. Definitely recommend!

I am so pleased with my mat, it is my second liforme mat. It is beautiful and has the perfect worrier grip. When the time comes it will be replaced by a different liforme met design … may be the Blossoming Lotus design. . so many choices I love them all

Brillant product and customber service best company I have dealt with in a long time

I bought the red dog mat and absolutely love it. It was replacing my lululemon mat which is a fantastic mat but the liforme is another level. It’s so pretty and as a dog trainer I just had to have it. It’s slightly less in mm but actually makes balancing easier and still has the cushion to help with joints. It’s also slightly heavier which I thought may be a problem but the bag actually makes it easier to carry. 100% recommended. The customer service has also been really helpful when I’ve had any questions.

I LOVE liforme. I just purchased what will be my 3rd mat, and they are truly the best out there. I’m a hot power vinyasa instructor, and personally practice in the heat a few times a week. . With how often I’m on my mat, I need something I won’t slip on when sweaty, good quality and reliable. These mats deliver all of that. Huge plus that they are absolutely beautiful and the alignment lines will really take your practice to the next level. Their costumer service is top tier. Quick responses and very friendly. I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you’re on the fence between what mat to invest in, definitely choose lifforme.

The service is very quick. Two mats ordered and delivered the next day. We had a small issue with one of the mats, but customer service was great and the issue was resolved very quickly. I have now used my mat 3 times for hot yoga and have found a great difference. I am no longer slipping and the lines have been very helpful. Thank you for a great service.
