The customer experience team is great. I reached out a while ago before even owning a liforme and they were so helpful and kind. A year later i bought a mini mat (knee pad) and reached out about something else and they responded with the same consistent kindness almost a year after my original inquiry. I have yet to purchase a full size mat, i absolutely will in the future. The customer service alone makes the price worthwhile

Best mat ever. It has lots grip and I use it everyday. They are pretty, sturdy, well-made and eco-friendly. Once I use Liforme mats, I will turn back to other mats ever. Excellent customer service, too.

Exceptional customer service and a wonderful experience I had a wonderful experience with Liforme, especially with their customer service. When I had an issue with my yoga mat bag, Lois was incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. Liforme went above and beyond by arranging a replacement for me, even though I’m based in Vietnam. I was genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully and professionally they handled everything. The new bag has arrived safely, and I’m very happy with it. Thank you, Liforme, for not only making great yoga products but also for taking such good care of your customers. Your kindness and commitment truly make a difference. 🙏💚 Namaste. 🧘‍♀️

Desde el inicio de mi compra muy atentos y puntuales! Buen servicio ! Volveré a comprar !

Such a fast and precise Customer Experience Team. Done all in couple of hours. They send me things that i need, even if i didnt ask.

I love this mat. I had gone back and forth for months on whether to purchase it & even asked a few classmates if I could test their mats out. I made the leap, and I'm so happy that I did. I practice hot yoga and Ashtanga. I'm a newbie to Ashtanga & I'm typically slipping and sliding by the time I get to Utthita Trikonasana. Not this time, though. While I'm still sweaty, my feet are firmly planted and I can use the muscles needed without all the extra movements to keep myself steady. Such a useful and pretty mat & I am super pleased.

Beautiful eco conscious mats. great variety and an option to customize yours! Order to delivery time was impressive. I received a high quality mat that makes me even more excited for my practice. I highly recommend Liforme mats!

Excellent mats and customer service!

I ordered a personalized mat from Liforme and it’s exceeded my expectations. Not only is it beautiful, the grip and comfort is unmatched. The alignment guides have been incredibly helpful as I’ve developed my practice. It’s taken my practice to another level. It constantly turns heads and I get compliments on it all the time, I will never use another brand.

I had misunderstood the promo code I received for filling out a survey. Initially the code didn't work and I entered a chat to determine why. I received an email very quickly explaining I needed to enter more of the code provided. Simple easy and kind! Amazing customer service. Looking forward to receiving my new mat!

The customer service is excellent—everyone is so friendly and helpful. The mat is also fantastic quality. I’ve tried several different yoga mats, and Liforme is the best I’ve used. Highly recommend!

Def worth splashing out on - you get what you pay for! I’ve had so many complements on my beautiful tropical green aqua rainforest yoga mat I can’t begin to count them - plus it feels simply amazing. Took me while to finally purchase one after recommendation but so worth it - you won’t regret it. It is v heavy and sturdy - should last (rest of ) my lifetime !
