Customer service for Liforme is brilliant! My first mat was the avocado colour. Unfortunately there were insect repellant stains from my YTT (in Bali) that I couldn’t get out. Customer service helped me out loads with this issue. Amazing company! The mat is super grippy and looks great. The carry case is wonderful but definitely needed due to the weight. Downsides, it’s heavy. And I actually got a blister on my toe from this mat because of the rubber (but I was using it every day for hours on end!!). Overall a gorgeous mat. I now have the black one - which I ADORE!!

After being disappointed with my first mat, I am pleased with the service provided by Liforme when I notified them of how quickly my mat lost its grip. They worked with me over the course of about two weeks and eventually sent a replacement mat. My hope is that this one performs like I expect and have heard from other yogis.

The only mat I use, and I love it. I’ve had mine for over a decade, and it’s held up beautifully. I just ordered the XL as well, since I’m quite a bit taller than average, and I can’t wait for it to arrive. Customer service is also responsive and very helpful.

I had an issue with my mat and emailed Liforme, the response was very rapid from Phoebe. We exchanged several emails to resolve the problem, each reply was as speedy as the first reply. No problems or issues, just mature and adult honesty and Q&A between us to get the full picture of the problem. The problem/issue was resolved in a very short amount of time. I had a problem with my order delivery. Not at all Liforme’s fault or indeed the courier as they acted sensibly in circumstances. Joy was really wonderful in terms of helping me get this sorted.
