This is my 3rd Liforme yoga mat. I do yoga and yoga sculpt on my mats daily so they do need to be replaced every 18 months or so to retain "grip. " My whole family uses these same mats and we all love them!

I practice mainly Rocket yoga, so grip is everything for me. When the mat performs as intended, the grip is truly outstanding — it completely elevated my stability and confidence in my practice. I did experience a loss of grip after a couple of months, but customer service was responsive and stood behind their product by sending a replacement. I really appreciate a company that takes responsibility. Overall, a high-quality mat that can make a real difference in dynamic practices.

I was looking for a non-slip mat since I slide everywhere on my manduka. I bought this mat and am extremely impressed. It is very grippy and I feel secure but the material is smooth and not tacky. I love it and have become a Liforme yogi!

Wonderful mats (my husband has one and I've tried them other places) and really amazing customer service. I needed help with my own mat that I bought from them, and emailed them and got support from one of their team who was really helpful, friendly and helped me resolve the issue. I'm really impressed with their customer service and with how they stand behind their products if they're is an issue! I 100% recommend them!

Very expensive, need to provide a cleaning spray with each one. At trays dust Has a lovely feel to use.

Great mat and responsive customer service

I finally treated myself to a lifeforme matt and im so thrilled with my purchase. I got the maroon colour and ive had so many compliments on it. It’s a great size and very grippy and i love using it.
