Great service and quick delivery. Great mats. really grippy.

I love my liforme mats, after 5 years I decided I need a new one! They are so pretty and the grip is fantastic.

From shopping to delivery, a seamless experience and a terrific product !

Received immediate and excellent assistance from Phoebe. She was able to answer questions and guide me!

I absolutely love my Liforme yoga mat! It’s honestly the best one I’ve ever had. The grip is amazing, and I really like the alignment markers because they help me position my hands and feet correctly. I also love that it’s eco-friendly and non-toxic. Their customer service is great too—very helpful and responsive if you have any questions or concerns. One little tip: if you sweat a lot like I do, I’d recommend getting a darker color. 😊

High quality product and great customer service.

I love this mat. It's so grippy and comfortable I love every moment of contact with it. I can relax and move with confidence and power. Plus it looks great, and the alignment features are very useful. Unlike some other brands, the lines and graphics in no way diminish the grippyness of the mat. Bravo! I went for the extra-long version and can do slits and plough postures without a foot or two sticking out onto the bare floor. This mat was money well-spent and far superior to other premium mats I have used over the years. I will definitely get the travel mat version before my next trip out of town.

Fantastic Customer Service from Liforme. The first parcel was lost but a replacement was quickly sent. I have been coveting a Liforme mat since I qualified as a Yoga Teacher. . . . My Galaxy mat is super sparkly and super grippy - quite literally over the moon with it!

Liforme has been the best investment in my fitness journey. I do 4-5 heated fitness classes per week and was so tired of slipping and the mat getting smelly; my Liforme is nonslip, has no smell, the most amazing grip, no knee pain, etc. I also received a mat with scratches, and the recommended cleaning technique wasn't working - when I contacted Liforme about the issue, they helped me troubleshoot and ended up shipping me a free replacement within the same week. Not only is the mat worth it, but the customer service also makes it so worth it. 100% recommend purchasing, and utilizing their customer service for any needs!

I absolutely LOVE my mat! Perfect amount of cushion, grip, and weight I have been looking for. I’m always looking for little ways to romanticize my life, and taking advantage of the option to choose my own design and colors was another way for me to do so. To boot, their customer service was phenomenal. I was having issues with my teacher code not working and they were able to help me right away. They even checked in after delivery and asked how I was liking my mat. I absolutely recommend working with this company of genuine and helpful people and their amazing products!

Received my package in perfect condition. The shipping was faster than I anticipated it. I love the selection of mats to choose from. However, because I am 5 feet I choose the travel mat so that my arms and legs can line up at the different places on the mat.

Joy provided such wonderful customer service in correspondence and she quickly arranged replacement of my yoga mat bag. Thanks Joy!

I had an issue with a mat that was onto a few months old. We were able to look into my mats use and determine it needed replaced! I was so sad I was having issues because this is one of the best mats I’ve owned. Customer service was extremely helpful.

GREAT! 5 Stars x10 - Phoebe was super responsive and with clear communication. Offered helpful information and made sure I was taken care of. Could not be more pleased with my experience with Liforme Customer Support. Thank you Phoebe!

Loved the styles and colour choices and kept coming back to see them. . . When there was a sale on I couldn't resist, especially since I could still get the extra 25% off for 3 mats! I ordered the classic in teal, travel in green, expressions in orange (for my BF who loves orange), and 2 little pads. They are so incredibly beautiful in real life, and came with the carrier bags included. My BF was inspired to do yoga with me (finally!!!!) and they really are comfortable and don't slip at all. I could not be happier!!!!

Very nice. This is my favourite matt

I contacted Liforme to ask about yoga teacher discount late on a Sunday evening and I had a reply from Sen first thing Monday morning explaining how I could access the discount. Sen was extremely helpful and informative. I was able to go ahead and purchase a discounted mat within 12 hours of my enquiry. I definitely rate Sen’s customer service as 5 star - they were extremely helpful, polite and professional. I always use Liforme mats and have just purchased my 3rd one. As someone who practises yoga daily I can’t recommend Liforme mats highly enough. Their grip is second to none and they come in beautiful colours and patterns! Liforme mats are without a doubt the best yoga mat on the market! I have one for the hot room, one for the traditional room and now one for travelling with! I also have a yoga pad which is easily transportable and great for inversions or extra padding in hanumanasana!! ✨🧘‍♀️🙏💫💕

I havent had the chance to make an order yet but I will do so! I emailed a query and the response was very quick despite in being a weekend, and more helpful than I had imagined! Its great to see customer service that matches the ethics of what a company is trying to represent
