I was introduced to liforme mats six years ago. , as I began my first teacher training. My sponsor, the owner of Breathe Hot Studiio, had placed a bulk order and I selected a travel mat to use for my practice/training. Since then I desire no other yoga mat! The grip was incredible and allowed me to have control through a hot sweaty workout! I use the travel mat for the strong practices such as power yoga or vinyasa. I use the thick mat for Hata, Astana and Rocket yoga. I am now using a different mat every day and I rotate them so that I can extend their longevity. The mats that I currently purchased have an amazing enhanced grip!

I am so happy with my new Liforme yoga mat. The feel and colour are fantastic, but the real standout features are the exceptional grip and the integrated alignment assistance—it has genuinely improved my practice. While it is a little heavier than other mats I've owned, the quality and stability it provides make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

I love the selection, they have the best designs and high quality mats. Super appreciated that the website lets you customize, and the package comes with a free carrier. Grip lasts at least a year with avid use. Tried many brands, but Liforme is my go to!

I’ve wanted a Liforme mat for a long time, and I finally got one, and it’s the best yoga mat I’ve ever had. First of all, it’s beautiful. I got the Tropical Paradise one and the colors are stunning. (The teal color is actually darker than the photo on the website. ). Second, the mat is fantastic to practice on. It’s the grippiest mat I’ve ever tried and makes my practice better. When I’m doing Downdog, I can move my hips back easily because my hands are so stable. Finally, I received my mat very quickly. Liforme is a great company to do business with. Very highly recommend!
