I absolutely love this new mat and I'm so glad that I made the investment. I practice a number of various classes in a hot studio and this mat didn't disappoint. I'm not a fan of a towel on top of a mat: just my personal opinion and experience. With this mat, I have stability and grip and no longer need a towel I also LOVE the longer length that the XL provides. So excited that my feet and head may now both be on the mat at the same time!!!!
