At last I have my own Liforme yoga mat. For years I’ve used the cheap ones from the middle aisle but I decided to treat myself for my birthday. The mat is beautifully designed and lovely quality. I feel like a proper yoga girl now!!

I purchased my mat about four years ago and I absolutely love it. I treated myself to a quality mat from a brand I trust. It has held up great, but the strap on the bag suddenly broke. I reached out thinking I would be have to purchase a replacement but a new one was promptly shipped to me. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

The Liforme mats make my practise even more enjoyable, and I regularly get comments related to their beautiful design. Their thickness is supporting the joints, and at least for a while the grip is great, then still ok. Also very important: no smell.

Liforme has helped me with a problem I had with a discount. They answered mi email quikly and kindly.

Liforme's customer service is outstanding! I recently ordered a mat and accidentally ordered the wrong color. I sent a message and they immediately responded and updated my order to the color I intended. They exceeded my expectations. I would definitely order from them again!

I had some problems with the courrier service delivery so I contacted customer support and they responded quickly and helped me very effectively so that I was able to have my delivery on time :) I bought the travel yoga mat which is fairly heavy for a travel yoga mat but the grip is amazing and it also provides more support for a travel yoga mat. I like that it is foldable and still fits to quite small space

The team were very good at resolving the small issue I had with my order, The WhattApp (a bot I think) was also very supportive but it was not something that could be resolved without a person.

I recently had a delivery complication with UPS in Italy, and ANNA from Liforme's customer service went above and beyond to help resolve it. When my friend couldn't receive the package, and it was returned to the depot, ANNA stayed in regular contact, took charge of the situation, and efficiently coordinated with UPS to arrange redelivery to another address. Her proactive communication and genuine care made what could have been a frustrating experience completely stress-free. ANNA is a real asset to Liforme, and I'm grateful for her excellent support throughout.
