I got some beautiful images in harsh Arctic conditions using this lens. Despite temperatures reaching -35 some days, there were no performance issues paired with my Canon R1 body. Worked equally well with both 1. 4x and 2x Canon teleconverters for distant subjects without sacrificing sharpness. Lens arrived early, carefully packaged, and was a breeze to return at my UPS store.
