I am obsessed with renting cameras from Lensrentals. I have told all of my friends about it! I haven’t worked up the courage to pull the trigger on buying a camera for myself so renting is an incredible option when I have a big event or trip. The process is so smooth & easy I love it. They give you everything you need to send it back - even the tape!!!! Which is the cutest and most thoughtful touch of all. Plus, I was sick over the Holidays & was late sending my camera back. I never reached out or asked for anything because I knew it was my mistake but they reached out & waived my late fee anyway. Truly can’t recommend this company enough!

Prior to my rental, I hadn't used this lens before and heard nothing but great recommendations for it. I rented it for two weeks for a few photoshoots and was beyond impressed with the quality of the lens, the quality of the shipping, and the support from the staff. Highly recommend.

I rented this lens to test it out before making a purchase. I’ve never rented equipment before so I didn’t have any expectations or ideas on how this worked. I found the process very simple and now I’m wondering why I didn’t do it sooner. The lens came extremely secure in the packaging and delivery. All the documents were easy to read, understand from the rental process through the shipping back. I liked that the same box gets used upon return and the shipping label & tape were supplied. I also received more than one email explaining the process which was nice. Thank you for a seamless experience, I will definitely do this again and recommend you for further business.

The rental service was absolutely phenomenal. When I reached out to receive customer support Kristina and Lusi went above and beyond to help me. Please give them a raise. My only recommendation would be: when you only order a camera body; the system to confirms with you that you don’t need a lens (I made this mistake).
