Was really convenient ordering this package to help capture footage for our backyard wedding when we couldn't afford a videographer. The tripod made panning easy and smooth. The camcorder was intuitive, and it wasn't hard to hand it off to family so that could capture things for us. We added a shotgun mic and an SD card reader which were both essential for audio and file transfer. Would easily recommend this package.

Overall, service was great . My one disappointment was primarily my own fault - I accidentally left my Peak Design wrist strap on the camera body I rented. They couldn't find it. It seems to have disappeared in the return process. Sigh.
