I ordered online, the process was simple and easy. The lens on arrival was in near perfect condition with no issues as we used it. Note that we only used the photography features; we did not use the video features (power focus, etc. ). We had gone for a week rental, but the lens arrived early, so we had it for nine days total. This was very helpful for our evaluation of the lens (we were considering purchasing the new version to be introduced later this year). You can be confident that the lens will be in your hands by the date promised on the rental agreement. The return process was simple as well, just repack the lens into the shipping case & box, apply the supplied label, and drop off at UPS.

I panicked a bit before my trip because I was unable to be home to sign for the package, but customer support quickly helped me resolve my issue and enabled me to get my lens just in time. Order, pick up, and return process was incredibly easy. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Product worked great and my safari photos turned out awesome. I am so so happy with this rental and would definitely recommend.

This was my first rental and I am really satisfied with it. While I didn't take a ton of photos with this lens, I found it very useful to snap photos of orcas on the whale watching tour.
