Even though the lens had delayed shipping LensRental had quickly sent another that got to me in time for the event. Very kind and efficient staff.

Very well packaged and in like-new condition.

Great company to rent from.

Definitely was a smooth process. With receive and returning definitely will be doing it again

I love it and I miss it already! Great product, great company! Thanks for the easy rental and awesome customer service. Rent from LensRentals <3

Another great experience with LR!

Easy process & great packaging. Been renting from them for years and will continue to do so.

Shipping was great, and customer support reached out because they noticed I had a I different rental shipping address than usual.

perfect condition these lights are a dream and lens rentals does a fantastic job with maintenance and resale they have plenty of life left in them and look fantastic!

Coupled with my Nikon D500 this is such a near ideal combination for bird photography. It is easy to handhold even for this newly minted 70 year old who needs shoulder surgery. Other than trouble finding focus on occasion, especially pelagic birds in flight over ocean waves, this is a great lens.

Love!!

As always, Lensrentals is the best place to get any photographic equipment, bar none.

The rental process was seamless and the camera quality was excellent!

So easy, worked great and would rent here again.

I absolutely love buying from Lensrentals. I highly trust their ratings on equipment quality

Took the Q3 23 out for a spin - fun shots and one work job. Love love love it for all the Leica reasons and photo reasons - amazing image quality, super easy to use, intuitive interface, feels soooooo solid and extravagant. If I had $7K to play with, I’d buy it in a nano second. Maybe one day... But everyday Lensrentals is THE BEST!!!

Great equipment!

Truly some of the best representatives

I usually only leave reviews when I receive a bad service or product, so this is one of the first times I'm leaving a review because I received exceptional service! The team at Lensrentals. com was so responsive and compassionate about my family emergency, and I would highly recommend them. I cannot imagine a single thing they could have done better...and that's unusual for me!
