Shipping process easy and straightforward. No quick start guide and I spent hours trying to setup system. A quick start guide for this VR system would be very helpful.

Everything was excellent, from the webpage information on the items they rent, the process, the shipping, to the actual item received. The camera lens was very well packed, it was in very good condition and worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and patient. Would recommend to others and definitely going to continue using their services/page.

Arrived packaged well with clear instructions for return process. In regard to the lens itself, it is surprisingly small and lightweight. I was shooting run and gun style all week without a tripod and would say it worked very well for that style of shooting. It’s easy to hold steady without fatiguing your arms/hands.

Delivered on-time, in a hard Pelican case with foam custom-cut to prevent damage. I accidently left my CP filter on the returned lens (and kept theirs). Their communication to resolve this was polite with clear directions on what to do. I highly recommend using Lensrentals!

Second time renting with Lensrentals, second great experience. Got to my house a day earlier than expected which is always a fun surprise. Packaged not only in a padded carrying case but the carrying case was inside a Pelican style hard shell case. Cardboard box the gear was shipped in included easy to follow return instructions, a return label and tape to get the package ready to be sent back. This Camera/Lens combo is truly incredible, I might rent out a lighter prime lens next time to create a really powerful travel camera. A big thank you to Lensrentals, highly recommend.
