Everything about my experience working with you was superb, from the ease of ordering to the customer service along the way to the condition of the rental gear to the ease of returning. Special thanks to the associate who saw that I had made two separate orders (first a lens, then a camera body when I discovered some issues with my camera) and combined them into a single order to save me a second shipping charge. Also kudos for the packaging/shipping arrangement…I never expected a Pelican case! I will definitely do business with you again, in fact, I already placed another order for next month. Thank you to Lensrentals for making this process extremely easy. The lens was in awesome condition and packaged very well. Returning the lens was easy and straightforward. I rented this along with the WCL for Fuji and both were great. I found myself using the WCL just a bit more. I'll definitely look to try more lenses with y'all in the future!

Rented this lens for a safari. Packaging and ease of return was great. Would use this service again. Lens came in pristine condition.

The overall rental process was very easy and very quick. I selected explored shipping and shortly after ordering the camera lens came in a secure pelican style case. The lens had no damage and excellent optical quality. The return process was also very easy as all the information came in the original package.
