Exceptional Customer Service! This was my second time renting a lens from Lensrentals and I am so impressed with their reliability, customer service, and follow through. The rentals arrived when promised. The lenses and return shipping supplies were as described. When I called their contact number, I got a live, helpful, polite, person who met my needs!

UPS had a hick-up and didn't get what I had rented to me on time. They sent another lens to a fed ex office on my way to a wedding. They saved the day!

I rented a lens for my recent trip, and I'm pretty sure it actually has magical powers. Not only did it make my photos look like they were taken by a professional (instead of a sleep-deprived tourist), but the customer service was absolutely amazing. When I had a question, they were so helpful I half-expected them to offer to pack my bags for me. The lens arrived in a briefcase so strong I would’ve shipped myself in it. 10/10, would rent again!
