Lensrentals enabled me to rent a Sony A75 mirrorless camera before it was available in stores! It was so new that the latest version of Lightroom couldn't process the compressed raw files, but no problem with the lossless raw files. The camera arrived early plus it qualified for a 20% discount. Lensrentals' staff was outstanding in helping me rent this camera.

Having the product delivered was timely and having them provide tape and return labels is very convenient and helpful. It shows excellent customer service making sure that renters have peace of mind by taking away extra work for the renters.

Lens arrived on time, packaged in a pelican case with the tripod adaptor I requested after I placed the order, thanks guys! Lens was in great shape and performed beautifully. Only qualms are the lens eating battery due to IS and having to sign for the package. Still easily a 5 star experience and look forward to using LR in the future.
