The easiest process from start to finish, from ordering to returning. I love how lensrental makes everything fool proof. The rental was easy, some basic information and payment info. Was updated throughout the shipping process, even got my rental early! When the lens arrived it was protectively packaged, arrived in great condition, and the return process was way to easy I almost questioned it!

We unfortunately did not receive the camera before we left for our trip due to shipping delays with UPS, however Kim and Lusi provided excellent customer service. It alleviated all of our stress over the ordeal. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.
