I have been using Kiier laser cap since March 2022. I am happy with the product and the service from the company. After about four years of continuous use, the battery started having a small issue. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction as soon as I contacted Kiierr. I would say the product and the company both are very reliable. They have my full confidence.

My wife entered menopause a few years ago and she started to have hair loss. She saw a dermatologist in our area that ordered lab work for wife. After results came in, nothing unusual came up. The results I achieved with regular use of the cap were quite remarkable. The regrowth is not quick but it is consistent. It took about 3 months of regular use to start to see results but it was worth the effort. I would highly recommend this method. It works! And stop putting useless and expensive products in your hair. They don't work.

I have been using Kiierr Laser from November 2020. I have used the cap, the shampoo and conditioner and the supplements all this time. When I started I was combing out hair and my comb had hair on it. After I used the Kiierr products, the hair stopped coming out and it felt stronger. My hair had been falling out non-stop due to. 3 years chronic stress. My part continued to widen and I started seeing my scalp through my hair. My hair clogged the drain, all over my clothes, and filled my hair brush. I used to love my hair but I began to dread looking in the mirror. I'm 64 so it was probably only going to get worse. The personnel at the Kiierr laser cap company are the most helpful and service minded people I have ever purchased an online product from. From ordering and purchasing our first Kiier laser cap to purchasing extra batteries for the laser cap. There was never any hold up or lag time concerning getting a response to my email inquiries, ordering the items I needed to the items being shipped to my home. This was also the first online company I have had follow up emails for some of my inquiries.

I used my cap for two years and people, including myself, noticed my was getting thicker. The cap malfunctioned and i kind of forgot about it for a a year. Now i notice that my hair is thinning out again. I am getting a new cap and i am very excited to start using it again. This time i will document it to share with others. Had i realized how well it was working i would have never allowed any lapsed time. My rating would have been five star accept it did malfunction, but Kiierr is standing behind it.

I purchased the Kiierr 272 cap in april 2021 as a birthday present for my husband. The first cap that I received was too small for his head, I contacted Kiierr and customer service quickly sent me the bigger size one. My husband has been using it as directed and I noticed that his hair is thicker and healthier. The hair loss was basically stopped in its tracks, and I have observed new hair growth. I bought the KIIERR Redlight hat in January of 2025. I had previously received a hair transplant and was told by the doctor to buy the KIIERR red light therapy hat to support and stimulate the new and old hairs. I am thrilled with the results of using the laser cap and the DHT blocking/vitamin supplements. I’m now 68, and I got the cap 5 years ago when I had too many balding areas on the back of my head to put my hair up. My hair is thin to begin with, and I’d been losing lots of hair when I washed my hair. When I could no longer put my hair up, I discovered the laser cap. Been using the cap for three months now along with the shampoo and hair vitamins. The texture of my hair has improved and it feels a little thicker also.
