After using the red light cap for a couple of years and loving that, I also used the DHT blocking shampoo and conditioner and have recently tried their new hair dye shampoo. It’s been great so far! I find it much better than constantly dying my roots and it’s a more natural and subtle look that the skunk line I used to have. Kiierr has great customer service and I’m super happy with all the products I’ve tried! The photo is 5 weeks of grow out which usually is a silver line down my part.

I purchased the Kiierr Laser Cap several years ago using it 3 x a week as recommended and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately, it recently stopped working LONG after the original warranty had expired. While I was disappointed that a product at this price didn't last longer, I decided to reach out to customer service to see what their recommendation might be. I am extremely impressed with the team at Kiierr. Despite being out of warranty, their support team was prompt, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. They didn’t just send me a generic "it's broken" response. Instead, they walked me through troubleshooting steps. When that didn't work, they offered a replacement Kiierr laser cap at a favorable cost. Great performance from the original Kiierr laser cap while it lasted. Phenomenal customer support team. Overall: While I wish the product had lasted longer, the company really stood behind their brand. Knowing they treat customers well even after the warranty expires means I will likely buy from them again. Good customer service makes all the difference!.

I was a little skeptical about whether the Kiieer cap I purchased would actually work. My hair was starting to thin a little and I was concerned about what the future might bring. I used it every other day like they recommended. I took photos every month for the first 6 months to do a comparison. I noticed a difference. It’s not like suddenly a bushy head of hair, but it works. Been using it continually for over two 2 years now and my hair is holding steady. My wife noticed a difference and she started using it about a year ago. I would buy it gain.

This design is superb for numerous reasons. Firstly it is completely portable. Plug in the battery and place it in your pocket and carry on with whatever it is you are doing. The bleep reminds you when you are halfway through the session and the final bleep let's you know when you are done. I love walking around the house with my laser cap under the Kiierr baseball cap. Everyone is intrigued when I enter the living room wearing it. No one has a clue what's going on and I just have this dead pan look on my face like nothing unusual is going on . . . . until someone blurts out. . . . . why is your baseball cap flashing red? I tell the children that I am speaking to someone from another planet and I tell the adults that it is a special infra red ray that helps me to think. . . . . . that I use it for problem solving. They all smile, but with a kind of curiousity. . . . they want to know more. Eventually I tell them what it is really for, but I certainly have fun with it before I do.

I thhink this might b e worth doing a study with. I have been using a 272 premium cap for about 2 months. In addition to lossing less hair I am a person who has had a lot of migraines. In the last few weeks I have only had a couple of them instead of 2 to 4 a week. Nothing else has changed besides the cap. I wonder if others have experienced this. You may want to check into this??? I have been using the Kiierr 272 premier MD laser cap since May 2022. I use it for 30 minutes every other day while watching TV or riding the stationary bike. The battery pack allows approximately 4-5 30-minute sessions. I have not experienced any side effects from using the Kiierr laser cap. At first I didn't see much change, but consistency started to pay off. Unfortunately, I had a medical diagnosis requiring radiation and am now on a medication for several years that causes hair loss. I continue to use the cap every other day in the hopes that not all hair will fall out and will help keep some hair and regrow where it has been lost. The cap is comfortable, but I wonder if I should have gone up a size in the cap because it is a little tight and wobbles on my head.

I purchased the Kiierr cap a couple of years ago and I have noticed a considerable difference in my part area of my crown. It seemed as though my part was getting wider and wider in that area and after using the cap, it has filled in again. I also just love to wear the cap because it feels nice on my scalp and it brings me a sense of relaxation at the end the day.

I was a skeptic who thought that using the Kiierr helmet and similar ones were scams. Was I wrong!!! After much research, I decided to purchase a Kiierr helmet because it seemed to be the best on the market. I've never regretted that decision! The photos attached depict my unbelievable hair growth journey. The first one was taken before using the Kiierr helmet and the 2nd and 3rd ones were taken after using it for 8 and 12 months respectively. My hair grew longer and thicker than it was before; to the point that I was even able to braid it (see photo taken after 2 years using the helmet). I became so confident about the results of the Kiierr helmet that I felt comfortable cutting my hair (last photo) because I KNEW that, with the Kierr helmet, and normal hair care, it would grow back. When my dermatologist saw the results of using the Kiierr helmet, she stated, "That's a head of hair!" She was right!!! Now, I'm no longer self-conscious because of bald patches and feel confident changing my hairstyle; all because of Kiierr!! For me, there's no turning back! You'll feel the same way after you've used the helmet. The only issue I've had has been with the battery. . . it stopped working a few times. That was no problem; however, as Kiierr's customer service is responsive, helpful and courteous. They replaced the batteries free of cost! That's one more reason to purchase a Kiierr helmet.

I'm in my early 30s and have been using the Kiierr 272 cap since mid 2022 for early stage androgenetic alopecia and scalp dermatitis. While I haven't seen significant regrowth, it has absolutely helped slow down the rate of shedding over this time and made my existing hair look and feel healthier overall. One unexpected benefit is that my scalp is far less itchy and irritated when I use it consistently. At one point, I stopped using it for a few months and noticed a major increase in shedding and discomfort.
