Kiierr cap works like a charm for sure! My Kiierr face mask suddenly stopped working after about 3 weeks of use, but the Kiierr company worked promptly and pleasantly in replacing it - great customer service and so I as a customer am able to continue feeling very confident in investing in Kiierr products! :)

I’ve been using the 272 cap for about 7 months and have already experienced some promising results with new little hairs popping up along my hairline (where I had been experiencing a little hairloss). In general, the rest of my hair seems thicker, with less shedding. Over the weekend, our car’s windows were smashed and the laser cap was unfortunately one of the items stolen. I purchased this product a little over a year ago. I was not expecting much due to how fast my hair started thinning. We’ve lived for 25 years in a home with well water, extreme iron. We have a new all-house water softener but like all the other water softeners we’ve had, doesn’t do anything for our hair. A friend gave me my cap. I’ve been using it faithfully for about 3 years along with a scalp serum and PRP shots. I was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata ( Lichen Planopilaris) in 2019. I started PRP shots in 2020. I feel that all 3 treatments have stopped further hair loss and saved some hair follicles. It’s important to save the follicles before they die off. I don’t expect a head full of hair but I feel there has been progress. Photos are before and after of PRP shots but I was using cap too.

After years of use, my laser cap suddenly stopped! I wasn't sure if anything could be done but I emailed Kiierr customer service. Within a few hours, I had a reply and suggestions to diagnose the problem and find a solution. To my delight, the cap is back in service and it never left my house! I would rate the service as exceptional.

I've had the 272 diode cap since March of this year. Great product I have significant hair regrowth. Recently ordered the face mask. The products from this company are excellent. I have been using Kiierr hat for about a year. I must say that Kiierr's after sales support is excellent. There was some technical issue with the hat. Support department called me and checked the hat over the video chat. They sent the replacement right away. After using it for a while I think my hair looks healthier now.

I purchased my Kiierr laser helmet sometime in 2021.   I only used it occasionally for the first few years and didn't get much from it which was my own fault.   About a year ago my hair was looking terrible so I decided to buckle down and use it consistently for 20 minutes at a time, 5 days per week.   After 6 months I noticed a considerable difference both with new hair growth and strengthening my existing hair.

My Kiierr 272 Premiere arrived earlier than expected. That's a good start. I've used it a few times since I received it. Set up was easy, Charge the battery, (mine was already charged), then plug the cap in and Press start. It beeps every 10 minutes until it hits 30 minutes, then it turns itself off. I like the recommended use of 30 minutes every other day, as opposed to having to use it everyday. The device fits the top of my head well, hitting all my thinning spots (Crown and receding hairline). The baseball cap that sits on the actual device looks kind of funny. I will not be wearing it in public. Other than that, the Kiierr 272 Premiere seems to be made pretty durable and feels warm and relaxing when being used. I haven't used it long enough to see any hair growth yet, but I have high hopes.
