Kiierr's Customer Service, even before you purchase one of their LLLT caps, is fantastic. I had many questions regarding the right type of LLLT cap to purchase as Kiierr offers several models. I asked numerous questions about the different models and LLLT itself. Steven, in Kiierr's customer service department, answered all of my questions. His answers were thorough. I must have exchanged 7 back and forth emails with him. He was always patient and friendly.

And it was RED Easy to use. . put it on in the morning while making my coffee Lights flashing. . diodes dancing on my scalp It's a show to be sure. . but does it work. Like many. . I've tried lotions and potions. . and finally the Kiierr Cap Lets be honest. . I'm just trying to hold on to the hair I have which it appears I am. . The Kiierr cap has made a difference in the thickness of my son’s hair. His hair began noticeably falling out in 2020-2021 and I ordered a cap for him. I bought my Kiier Laser hat Back in October of 2022 and have used it since. I found that in all that time it has made ny hair more thicker although not a cure for male Patern Baldness. it works really well with Stem Cell replacement too also the People there are good to work with if there is a Problem
