The Kiierr helmet is so comfortable and easy to use. My puppy even fell in love with it AND chewed my charge cord. Of course, it is too early to see the results, but my scalp already feels as though the therapy is working. I am not young, so it may take a bit longer for it to show obvious improvement. Please send me a new cord, ASAP, because I am on the every other day therapy.

I give them 5 Stars before even starting treatment! I'll reserve the final evaluation for several months when I'm on my way to regrowth. I haven't received my cap to date and am excited to begin. I had a distressing concern after I had placed an order for a supplement. To my overwhelming satisfaction, they returned my email the same day and resolved my concern the same day (unbelievable). I know many other companies that would not have accomplished what they did with my issue. Please be advised that you could do no better elsewhere with such stellar service if you would ever need. it.

Had an issue with the battery. Problem was diagnosed quickly and a new battery was sent right away!

After using the red light cap for a couple of years and loving that, I also used the DHT blocking shampoo and conditioner and have recently tried their new hair dye shampoo. It’s been great so far! I find it much better than constantly dying my roots and it’s a more natural and subtle look that the skunk line I used to have. Kiierr has great customer service and I’m super happy with all the products I’ve tried! The photo is 5 weeks of grow out which usually is a silver line down my part.
