I was skeptical of whether or not this hair growth system would work but decided to give it a a try. It took 7 months (as Kiierr said it would) but in that 7th month my hair started growing - I am very pleased with my hair growth! Kiierr has provided me with excellent, responsive support when needed, which is also a great benefit. Overall, I am very pleased with the KIIERR Hair growth system.

This is a great product! I was skeptical at first that this laser cap will cause new growth. After a few months of consistently using it, I noticed new growth and my hair seemed thicker. My hairdresser commented on the new hair growth and I told her that I had been using a Kiierr laser cap. She could was amazed at the new growth I had!! I was impressed with the quality of this cap. It is lightweight and comfortable. I would use it at night when I sat down to relax and watch TV. I absolutely recommend this laser cap to anyone who is experiencing hair loss!

I’ve had my 312 dualwave kiierr cap for 8 months now. I’ve been using it as directed - every day for 6 minutes. I have seen a lot of new growth over the past 3-4 months, and other people are starting to recognize it too! I am so thankful that I finally found a product that is working!

I have had my kiierr cap for a few years now, and I absolutely love it! Unfortunately my battery was having an issue that was resulting in not being able to use my cap as needed. I have used the Kiierr laser cap for the last few years. I have alopecia and it has strengthened my existing hair follicles around my crown and has reduced excessive shedding and hair loss. I have maintained the hair I have and it has encouraged new growth. I would not purchase any other manufacturer of laser cap on the market.

My DualWave Laser Cap was very simple to use. It's really easy to find the time to wear it for just 6 minutes a day. The area on the top of my head feels and looks fuller after a couple months of use. My wife used it also, and she is very happy with the increased fullness in her hair. We are very happy with the device.

I was very reluctant at the beginning to the purchase of the DualWave Laser cap however , my reluctance and concern of the purchase and cost has completely reversed my concerns after using the laser cap for the past 7 months. My wife has noticed a difference with smaller hairs surrounding the “thin” spots around her natural part and thin areas on the back portion of her scalp. Although we really didn’t expect a return on our investment so soon we are looking forward to her new hairs developing and regeneration of her hair is just a positive outcome and a forward looking surprise. I am a physician and have 2 caps at my office and my daughter also uses one- I discovered the new dual cap and ordered it. Due to my own address typo error it went missing. I have never had such excellent customer service and rapid replies! They immediately sent me a new one - to the correct address - despite the error being mine. Excellent cap- I have 10 years of experience using this in my office and personally with a family member- I often refer clients to purchase despite no association- I believe it to be that amazing. Support was great. We traded one size cap for another. Product seems to be early and needs feedback, so here it is. - Battery only has one light, ON or OFF. No indication a charge is needed, that its running low, etc. When using device and battery runs to exhaustion, no indication, just wearing a hat waiting for a beep that never comes. - The cap itself - Every light has a small bump of plastic over it. That leads to lots of individual pressure points on the head. I think this could be addressed in a variety of ways -- instead of single led per raised piece, put them in groups of 3-6 -- bike helmet style pads to keep the cap from directly resting on the head Its too soon to know if the cap itself is helping with hair. That's a 6 month review item
