I’m very satisfied Kiierr Hair laser cap that I bought about 4 years ago.

Fast forward to 2025 I started having my own problems and noticed my hair thinning rapidly. My ponytail shrunk, I could feel the difference when I ran my fingers through my hair. Hello. I give this product 5 stars because it's super easy to use and has helped me care for my hair. Plus the Support Team at Kiierr is very responsive and helpful. I've been using it for several years and I also referred Kiierr to my aunt who is also using their products. I recently contacted customer service regarding a battery problem. The company responded immediately to resolve the issue. Kudos to the Customer Service team for their prompt, efficient attention to the matter.

I have been using the Kiierr 272 Premiere for 3 months now and am beginning to see the signs of new hair coming in. I tried the Theradome for 1 full year and did not see any improvement. In fact, the before and after picture showed further recession. I am optimistic about my results so far and my wife has noticed much less hair falling out once she started using the kiierr device as well. We are happy with the results this far.

I have had the Pro 272 hat for 5 years. It works as described and i saw hair growth within 3 months. Sadly the hat wire breaks every 18 months between the battery (USB end and truest connection (hat end ). I call to order a replacement it’s about $25 each time. That is my only complaint.

After 8 months of using just the laser cap and some hair strengthening shampoo, I can say that my shedding is a lot less and the hair that I have is much stronger and healthier. I wish the hat worked better and provided the results that are shown on the website but that was not the case, perhaps you need the extra drugs for that. I did not want to use any drugs with possible side effects so stuck with just the cap and shampoo. However, like I mentioned, it did fortify the hair I already had, making strong and healthy, severely cutting back on any shedding so I’ll accept it. Can’t say I’ve seen any “new” hair growth from this product after 8 months but I do like that it’s sustaining what I have already so I'll consider it a win.

A few years ago my hairdresser noticed some hair thinning near my temples. I too had noticed thinning overall likely due to aging. When my hairdresser commented on those areas, I became more concerned and wanted to take action to slow down my hair loss and reverse it if possible. Steven (the Dept Manager) is who I believe I communicated with. CS replied immediately each time! How refreshing and hopeful that was/is to me. He actually seemed intent on taking care of my problem and asap! We've worked out a solution and I'm optimistic that soon I'll be able to use my cap again. In summary, I've been very pleased with my results from using the cap regularly. It works. My hairdresser can now recommend it to her clients as opportunity arises. She sees it works. I used this hat for a year and I saw a big difference in my hair. It recently stopped working and I have seen a lot of it fall out again. That’s how I know it works! Luckily they have an amazing Customer service team and I’ll be receiving my new hat in the next few days. I cannot wait to start up again!

I have had my cap for about seven years. I went with a standard package selection. The cap has helped stave off hair loss for me for a while. It is definitely more effective with continual use. When I use it regularly, I have always seen a big difference in effectiveness. Please use it everyday and as instructed for best results. I also recommend taking gentle care of it. Don't drop it or bend the cords needlessly. Kieer's customer service has been excellent they respond quickly and address issues in a helpful way.
