I am very disappointed in the Kiierr 272 premium cap. I bought the premium cap thinking I would get better results. I have been using it as prescribed for 4 1/2 months and I am losing hair more than ever. I understand that there is a shedding phase but this is crazy. I have been to the doctor and do not have any medical condition that would contribute to this. The first photo was taken 3 months prior to the 2nd and 3rd photo showing the amount of hair lost since using the cap. The cap is also not very comfortable and slides around but it wouldn't be a deal breakers if the cap actually worked.

I have really noticed a difference about 10 months in so far. Also there was a slight issue with the battery not too long ago and their team was very prompt with troubleshooting and resolving the issue. Definitely recommend and will continue using it hoping for more results!
