I have used the 272 for several years and was happy with the it. I wanted to upgrade to the newer product so I ordered the 312. I had some problems with it and Kiierr helped me to troubleshoot the entire process. It turned out the cap was defective. I returned it and received a replacement immediately. My dr told me to buy an LLLT cap so I told her I had one sitting in the closet, which I'd forgotten about. lol. I pulled it out and started using it again to promote new hair growth. You can see in my pics from Sept, 2025 to now, April, 2026 that the hair is growing . When I blow my hair dry, I see alllll of the various lengths of new hair all over my head. I can hardly wait for it all to grow out long enough to cut to the same length.
