I had a problem with my laser cap. The customer service department communicated with me often which I thought was unusually good. It was an overall position experience. They showed customers satisfaction is the goal of this company.

I bought the KIIERR Redlight hat in January of 2025. I had previously received a hair transplant and was told by the doctor to buy the KIIERR red light therapy hat to support and stimulate the new and old hairs. I wore the hat as instructed and am now 8 months out. I believe the redlight therapy stimulated blood flow to the scalp which is a vital component of hair regrow. I am thrilled with the results of using the laser cap and the DHT blocking/vitamin supplements. I’m now 68, and I got the cap 5 years ago when I had too many balding areas on the back of my head to put my hair up. My hair is thin to begin with, and I’d been losing lots of hair when I washed my hair. When I could no longer put my hair up, I discovered the laser cap. I was religious using it for a few years, and then relied more on the supplements. I still take them daily and seldom lose any hair. This picture of my hair up was taken today. Been using the cap for three months now along with the shampoo and hair vitamins. The texture of my hair has improved and it feels a little thicker also. I purchased the 312 MD laser cap and use it once a day for 5 minutes. Some caps take 30 minutes, but I am glad got one that doesn’t take that long. I bought the cap and battery in March of 2021. I used it for two years and i had many comments on how my hair was thickening. Now after a year of not using the cap my hair is thinning out again. I am about to start using it again as suggested. I found out that it really did work.

A great way to regrow hair without ingesting supplements or using gimmick topical solutions. The ease of use is tremendous and convenient as well. I found it best to pick a consistent time of day to wear the cap every other day and stick with it, so you don't need to worry about forgetting a session. For me it is during lunch break when I know I won't be up and running around. The regrowth was visible and my wife started seeing the results long before I did.

I purchased the Kiierr 312 red therapy cap in April 2025 and received the product in May of 2025. I've been struggling with hair loss for many years due to thyroid issues and menopause/aging. After several years of use my cap stopped working. Allsion from customer service helped me troubleshoot, suggested a replacement battery pack and because of some logistical/timing issue she was able to get me a free battery pack replacement which solved my problem. THANKS!

Fantastic customer service!!! I've been using the red light cap for several years, on and off. Since it takes months to see new hair growth, it's hard to wait. But I do believe this cap to be a good investment. I believe new hair growth is generally done by stacking several treatments, as one alone is probably not going to do the magic, so using the red light cap is one of the non negotiables in my regime.
