Joe is great and the real deal. He is responsive if you have questions, just keep in mind he is doing it all so it sometimes takes some time for a response but he will get back to you.

The delivery took longer than expected. The Google spreadsheet nature of the purchase is annoying rather than having a pdf. There is an annoying graphic in the middle of it. The exercise variation meant to stop adaption is all over the place to the point where it is hard to track or explain how to progress. Other kettlebell programs I’ve bought explained this in detail. Love the YouTube channel not just writing a bad review to be a dick. Just unhappy with the program and have not seen results.
