Coming from a background of zero kettlebell experience, I found STKB Fundamentals to be exactly what I needed. The best part is the library of mini-videos—they break down the technique simply without overcomplicating it. I finally understand the basics and feel safe moving the bell. A must-have for beginners.
I'm a trainer from Chile, so its a little bit difficult for me to write in English, But, this was a great purchase, i buy it to compare with my own ideas in how to train my clients. If u are a begginer in kettlebells, this program will move you to another level to start trying another things, however this program isnt boring, its just the needed amount of work needed (i repeat) to go with heavier bells or go with complex movements.

I am a StrongFirst Kettlebell instructor and have achieved the "Beast Tamer" challenge and after all of the specific training for pure strength I needed a change up and love double kettlebell work. The movements and programming within Joe's course has been JUST what the doctor ordered for me. Excellent purchase and will be buying other programs when I don't have an overall "goal" and am looking to just follow orders. Great stuff.

Would HIGHLY recommend. I’ve found a whole new love for kettlebells. The program kept things interesting, and I never once felt bored. I gained muscle and strength, trimmed up my waist and haven't felt this good in a long while. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for fun, challenging, and effective training!
Answered all my questions to help select the right program for me.
Have done dpuble precision twice, kbomg3, complexes and recently purchased kbomg4. Will start that on Monday. Been practicing KBs for 8 years. These programs got me in the best shape and most motivated to follow. Interesting and they push me. Have room to grow in each program, too. Have gotten fitter and stronger and since I started joe's programs, by blood pressure has come down into the 125/80 range. Cant attribute that solely to joe's programs,but they obviously helped. I have also finally gotten more proficient with overhead lunges. Working toward better overhead squats now. Grateful he inclydes these exercises, cuz I avoided them cuz. . . they were hard. . . ? Now I am excited when they come up. Anyway, check one program out, you'll be back.
I have several programs from Joe, which I use as a stand-alone-training. They keep me motivated and I am stronger (press overhead) as ever before.
