I've started into the KB world last March. I had done some KB exercises in the gym but never done a full training focused on KB. I've started with the 3weeks basic workout routing that Joe has on his website. Pretty useful to learn the basic and gain comodoty using KB. Recently I've bought the program KB Only Muscle Gain Vol 3. The Longevity Focus and I'm currently in the 4th week. I'm quite happy, the workout is good, demmanding and also fun (which sometines didn't happen on the gym). For sure I'll be buying more programs from Joe.

Joe is great. Love his content and the format of his exercise programs. Really happy I stumbled upon him and his training style.
I haven't completed this program yet, but I'm about 3 weeks in. This has been wonderfully challenging and I feel stronger than ever. So far I enjoy this weight training because there is enough variation to stay engaged and I feel like I'm getting more consistent cardio training in a strength focused workout.
Was looking for a long time for a simple straight to the point program that delivers…finally found it. On week 3 of the first program to lock down the basics, but already purchased 2 more programs to keep the momentum going after the 4th week of the beginning program. Thank you for putting this together and making if very affordable for amazing results!
Great Product and Service
Joe is awesome. Every time I've had a question he's responded on the same day. That's important because I don't have the benefit of being able to go to his gym. I love his programming, and the fat loss ladders are like fighting a rhinoceros!
This is a top notch program! If you want to have the best programmed KB workouts to build strength, endurance, and fall in love with KBs, these are the ones!
Love the program so far. I am re-doing week 1 due to covid hitting after the third workout. Four workouts per week is a little much for this guy due to family (1yr old), work, and school but I will run the program in a linear fashion until it is done. It will prob take me ten weeks. This program requires some solid sleep. Not a problem for most, but babies make it tough. I recommend it 100%!

I've spent countless times in my past trying to find a program I actually stick to. KBOMG has been the one and only program that I am enjoying and witnessing results. At the start, I could barely hold 15lbs on my turkish get up, for example; now, I'm lifting 35lbs. The program is easy to follow and significantly beneficial. I can't wait to begin the 2 and 3 versions. Hopefully they also have single kettlebell options.
