I never received the product.

I bought the programme and expected it to be available immediately, as it's a digital product. It wasn't. It took a day before a Google sheets file was shared with me via email. And it was very difficult to understand the spreadsheet, especially since with the baby, I can't spend a lot of time on my laptop, and would prefer to use my phone. A PDF file with a written out programme would have been so much better.

No complaints, got my plan a couple hours after I bought it.

Up to now am loving the program. Some of the workouts are a too tough for me, so I try and regress them a bit or follow Joe's advice and leave off the finishers. I like the variety and the challenge. A well-structured program like this keeps training interesting and stops me from just training what I enjoy doing so it keeps me well-balanced. My only criticism would be that sometimes the instructions on sets/reps are inconsistent which can make it a bit confusing. Will definitely be checking out his other programs once I have run this a few times.

Joe's a great coach and attentive to my specific situation. The pre-set programs, meanwhile, are a good way to try out his style of programming before jumping into one on one stuff - I began with his Intro to KB Sport before working with Joe directly on sport training. It's all quality programming at a competitive price to what I've seen from other professionals.
