The instructions made it very easy to assemble in a short amount of time. Getting the net support poles, and the foam that goes around them, into the slide-on cover was a tad bit tedious. But otherwise, our family has really enjoyed using it!

We love our new trampoline. Our son is on it every day!

We absolutely love the MEGA Jumpflex trampoline! Assembly was easy enough and the quality of materials is top notch! I love the zipper-free entry, as my kids always forget to zip up behind them! Would definitely recommend!!

Customer service is amazing!

We love the trampoline. Not many days that our son is not jumping on it. The frame was extremely easy to put together as just one person. My only complaint is how hard it is to stretch the mat on it. I’m sure it’s no different than competitors but if you could find a way to make it easier it would be a big improvement. It took all I had to get some of them on and half way through my wife had to help and then 3/4 of the way the two of us couldn’t do it and this was following the instructions. I was hoping this would be easy to set up and take down but with how hard the mat was to stretch I don’t think I will move it unless we absolutely have to. My only other suggestion is for the safety net opening. We really like the overlap and how easy and quick it is to get in and out compared to a zipper. That said if you could find a way to integrate a zipper with the overlap it would be even better. This would be to keep kids out when you don’t want them jumping without supervision. Overall we couldn’t be happier

Love this company, everything was as easy as can be. Ordering and installing was very very simple. Wonderful customer service. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you!!

Fantastic

Amazing

Hi , have an issue with our purchase - could you ring please . 07340667890

Great product. Solidly built. Easy to assemble

Overall good, paint finnish could be a little more robust, and a option of a full domed waterproof cover would be good as i have large trees and the leaves can get in even tho I have the sun shade

The trampoline itself is fine. Delivery was atrocious with three failed promise dates by DHL. I contacted Jumpflex who did respond but were not thorough on getting to the bottom of it and getting back to me. Eventually it turned up with damaged and open box (there are 3) inevitabley damaged goods inside. I emailed Jumofkex with images and they responded quickly and sent the damaged parts through Evri this time but again two failed deliveries and the parts arrived very poorly wrapped. I give up!

Excellent product, well built, easy to put up and great customer service

Love it

Best purchase for a long summer. Sturdy build and relatively easy to build

Excellent product, worth the money. Reasonably easy to assemble, good quality all round.

Solid!
