Great system. Easy to install

It’s amazing! Buy it, you won’t regret it.

Great customer service! One of the parts broke and it was replaced free of charge and sent the next day. It wasn't even covered by the guarentee so I was very impressed. Thanks Jumplflex!

I am pleased with the ordering and shipping process.

It’s been an amazing trampoline very reliable and holds up great.

Quick shipping. Well packaged with no damage.

Excellent product. Actual delivery dates were a bit confusing from the communications as was quoted a delivery date when I ordered which suited me. Then received an email that it was going to be delivered next day (which wasn't ideal so I ended up changing plans and sitting in all day) however it wasn't delivered until the next day after that. However, everything was delivered fine, but the delivery driver had a bit of an attitude on him, seemed a bit annoyed about the number of boxes even though I helped him unload the van and bring the boxes into my house.

Great customer service. A nice lady from New Zealand even called me on a Sunday.

So far so good. Product has held up with lots of activity. Appreciate the safety data talked about in paperwork that came with it. We follow it, don’t want having fun to be unsafe. Equipment and setup was easy to follow directions.

Amazing trampoline!! Top quality!! The netting around the edges is durable and I know it will keep my kids safe. The springs are covered too, by the piece that runs around the outside. We have already spent countless hours on this trampoline as a family, or my kids by themselves. Definitely worth the money!

Jumpflex makes high quality trampolines, have great customer service, and shipping is so quick! We bought two trampolines over the years for both sets of grandchildren and they get used daily and have held up well! I have 10 grandchildren that use them so that’s saying a lot!

Huge surface area and best bounce I've experienced on a backyard trampoline. Highly recommend!

Quick shipping!

after losing our last trampoline (amazon brand) to a strong gust of wind in a thunderstorm, we are VERY happy to know this one won’t be going anywhere with the anchor kit in place! it was very easy to install and we know without a doubt it’ll withstand strong winds

Good trampoline

Ordered on the phone the woman I spoke with was very friendly and very helpful.

I ordered on a Sunday and have everything by Wednesday. We did have a little mishap with a missing box, but Jumpflex got back to us very quickly and had it sent out without any issues.

Jump flex has great quality product, quick delivery and a fantastic customer service!

I had a problem with shipping but I don't think it was a jump flex problem. I think It was an Amazon problem. I received a wrong box. But when I called jump flex about it, they immediately asked no questions. And sent me the box, I was missing. 👍

Awesome
