The trampoline is fine and I would have given a higher score but for construction difficulties! The hooks provided for stretching the net across are simply not good enough. My son came to help me as it is more than a one man job - that's fair enough - however neither of us could manage it with the tools provided and in fact they both broke during the process. My son is undoubtedly of above average physical strength and we couldn't make it work. We ended up with a Heath-Robinson concoction of heavy duty ratchet straps and brute force. I assure you we followed the directions exactly but some kind of heavier duty lever system is definitely required. It is too early to give am opinion on its longevity of course but it has been a great success with our grandson so far. I would be happy to explain further if you think it necessary or helpful.

Ordered a 15 foot trampoline for my son’s birthday. I am still waiting 2 weeks later for the item to arrive. I called the help line and got pushed to a voicemail everytime I called and still haven’t got help. Poor customer service.

Sturdy, well made, no squeaks 12ft jumpflex. Took 2 of us about 2 hours to put up, wasn’t too difficult. Grandchildren absolutely love it. Would def recommend

Exceeded our expectations! Arrived quickly. We have previously had two vuly trampolines which have been great but this time our kids (now 8 & 6) wanted a rectangle trampoline and when searching jumpflex came up. I initially caulked at the price but the weight rating got us over the line - being able to bounce as a family on it was very appealing and we were happy to pay the extra to do so. Upon getting it, setting it up and putting it in position we are so beyond happy with our choice. We had 100km winds a few days ago and tied it down within n an inch of its line and it handled it like a champ. Really happy and have no qualms recommending to everyone!

The trampoline is amazing and my Grandchildren absolutely love it. It is well worth paying a little extra for peace of mind. The quality is great and it feels very strong. I also love the sunshade, which means that they can play out there even when it is really warm, without us worrying.

Brilliant trampoline, very easy to put together and feels premium. The basketball net and slide are great extras to add on. I have recommend this already to two friends who are both ordering the 12ft flex

I am so impressed with this trampoline, it has a great bounce to it and was super easy to set up. . . the sleeves for the safety netting were not super tight and slid on easily if you are looking for a great quality trampoline with great bounce this is the brand you want!!
