Great trampoline.

This is a really great product but I've taken a star away because they did not fulfill my order . Ordered the 8ft flex trampoline with a sunshade cover . Trampoline is perfect but a10 foot shade was sent - seemed very odd to me ,why pick a 10 foot shade when you're sending an 8 foot trampoline?? So apparently there are no 8 foot sunshades as the flex is "last generation"- so why did it let me order and pay for one??? Chloe in customer service was very quick in replying but could not help with supplying my order correctly. Sadly it means the 2year old owner will have to be restricted in "jumping" during sunny days🤷‍:male_sign:. . . please update your website when you cannot supply an item jumpflex, your product is too good to let people down over oversights like this!

Just a fair warning that there are no returns or exchanges allowed after assembling. Wish I knew that before purchasing.

We've owned this trampoline for 2 years. Hero 15ft, it's left up all year and used rain or shine! 2 rips, no tears, no broken pieces! (Zipper included) This has been the best trampoline we've had, from sleep overs in the summer, sprinkler pads on the trampoline for a water feature, to playing in the snow, it has held up to it all! Highly recommend for anyone with kids!

We love our trampoline! Very sturdy and easy to put together, it can be done by one person (I did it by myself in less than 2 hrs). We noticed we were missing some parts and I reached out to customer service they were really helpful and we got the pieces we needed 2 days later. Very fast shipping for everything, great quality product, and amazing customer service. I would buy from this company over and over again.

Great service

The trampoline is well made and sturdy, we bought the shade net as well which works well to keep the leaves and sticks off as our garden is next to a wood. Quite simple to put together and I appreciated that it all clips together without needing bolts or additional tools. The only slight annoyance is that the projam doesn’t fit on the trampoline with the shade net in place (although it probably would fit if I used the lower fixings, my kids are 9, 6 and 4 so they wanted it a bit higher up or it gets in the way). The kids are absolutely loving the trampoline and spend every waking moment on it, so I am very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic trampoline. I was very apprehensive about purchasing a trampoline for my kids for various reasons. I researched and compared my options thoroughly for safety, quality and weight capacity. The JumpFlex came out on top. I arranged delivery to Ireland through a friend in England. Undoubtedly a worthwhile investment. My kids range from 7-18 and the trampoline copes well with their (and my!) combined weight. They love it. Fabulous quality and so safe, so bouncy and looks really good! Highly recommend- you won’t find better and won’t be disappointed.
