Spring pad not good, lifts when your on the trampoline, net opening too tight, overall disappointing, delivery came in 4 separate boxes over a week

Absolutely fantastic trampoline. So easy to put together and seems really sturdy and well made. Also looks great! I like that the springs are on the outside of the net and the design means no banging into the net posts. Would highly recommend 🌟

Best trampoline ever

its been 3 weeks since ordering and still haven't received all the parts.

Unable to contact anyway incomplete orders held on phone line then cut off live chat no one responds!!!

We ordered our trampoline on other peoples reviews, the problem we had was delivery, it stated 3 business days but took over 2 weeks to come which missed our daughters bday. they first offered us £25 refund which i said really wasnt good enough they then give us £40 off which still isnt any good but we couldnt be bothered arguing it anymore . so Jumpflex we apologise for the slighly negative review but its honest

The trampoline and basketball hoop are brilliant, the kids play on this every day, even after it rains. This was easy to order, delivered quickly, assembly was straightforward (watch the videos, they're great for guidance). My daughter and I built this within 2hrs.

This trampoline is perfect in everyway. 1 great price when we bought it 2 was delivered with in 48 hours 3 this was so easy to put together 4 no bolts or nuts it just click in to place amazing 5 looks amazing 6 great bounce. And I've not seen my kids go so high on a trampoline If your thinking of getting a trampoline i would highly recommend jumpflex

Fantastic trampoline, the best item I have ever brought my children. Easy to assemble and seems well made.

Install was super simple. It did take some time since I was solo. Quality is unmatched. Love the sunshade and basketball hoop. The kids have not wanted to come inside. It bounces super high, and with the weight limit, my whole family can be on it. High quality and a great price for what you get. The anchor kit was easy to use and the tramp is definetly secured so i have peace of mind. Would recommend this to anybody who is looking for an out of ground trampoline.
