Overall good, paint finnish could be a little more robust, and a option of a full domed waterproof cover would be good as i have large trees and the leaves can get in even tho I have the sun shade

The Flex trampoline is fantastic easy to put together and really well made. Delivery times were quick and no fuss Glad we listened to the reviews and had been able to see one in the flesh My granddaughter loves it.

Firstly, five stars for customer service. They have odd USA hours since they’re in New Zealand I think so I left a message and the lady called back as soon as they opened. She was so helpful answering questions and making suggestions. I made the order and paid over the phone with her. We ordered the Hero 15’ with the Smartshade and the Projam. It arrived two days later in six boxes. It was very easy to put together, around an hour. I recommend watching the video first but you don’t have to. So far it looks and functions great, we’ve only had it for a couple of days so I can’t say anything about it lasting. It does seem durable and high quality though. Definitely recommend!
