Love our trampoline. Did take some time to put up but this the instructions were easy to follow and I did it alone! My two boys couldn't be happier and it looks great!

Great Service, amazing trampoline, the kids absolutely love it. Great to have caught the sale, as couldn't have afforded the dream trampoline without it. The website is easy to navigate. Shipping was fast, and communication was good. All in all. We had an amazing experience.

The trampoline now that its set up is amazing. The kids have used daily and seems to be well constructed. I've marked it down one star as both the 'spring tools' that came with the trampoline to set the springs snapped and we had to borrow a neighbours all metal version they use for motor cycle springs. Why use plastic on the tool that has to load the springs?

I bought Hero 10 Foot one. it is an excellent make, strong and secure. It is a slid and slot secure system however its well made. very happy with product

Great product, very solid well made ladder to the trampoline and great basketball hoop! The only thing I would add is that the hose spray attachment has a few issues and has come apart a few times but is still 100% worth it for the amount of joy it has brought our kids- especially in the heat. The trampoline with extras was more than I wanted to spend but so pleased with the investment!

We ordered the 10ft Flex Trampoline with the basketball net and what can I say. Incredible premium product. Went up with ease in about an hour which is a miracle compared to some trampolines and my boys haven’t got off it since. One of the pole connectors bent after a few days but no problem there, the team at jumpflex sent over a replacement straight away and it showed up the next day. They can’t seem to do enough for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a trampoline for their kids. We are confident to leave the kids (4 and 2) on there and have no worries about their safety. Already looking at more accessories for it like the slide and jump shade. Would purchase again if we ever need a new one.

This is the second jumpflex trampoline I’ve bought twins girls on it 7daysva week wouldn’t be wit out it . Any problems after care with jumpflex been great can fault them.

I have been thoroughly impressed with both the trampoline and the customer service. The trampoline arrived promptly and assembly is relatively easy. The product is excellent and the after care has been impressive. When I managed to lose one part Jumpflex were very quick to arrange a replacement part. Highly recommended!
