Great service

They are very easy to do business with

JR Cigar has plenty of sales. That’s what I look for. Had one low issue with my last order but the operators took care of it and sent me what I ordered and told me to keep the small pack of cigars. I greatly appreciated it cause to show you. What a great company you are and you take care of your customers very well thank you for all you do and thank you for giving some great prices.

Love the reliability and unfussy good quality.

JR’s is Top Notch. Would do business with them anytime!!! Triple A+

How many times must I do this? Good cigar.

Poor quality, cigars were dry put them immediately in my humidor but did fare well.

Easy to navigate. Can usually find what I want within minutes.

Excellent

Always on point.

Macanudo Hyde Park Alternatives have no consistency. You will have a few cigars in the bundle that are horrible. It seems to happen on a regular basis. Forget about contacting customer service...not much help.

Always a happy customer
