While I think the online ordering is very convenient along with the pricing, I get disappointed that my favorite cigars are normally sold out. I have to hit my timing just right most occasions.

I received a Guardian of the Farm Nightwatch in the sampler pack in the Cigar of the Month club. After watching the Fed Ex cup golf tournament I was looking forward to enjoying one of the cigars from the Package I had received for August. Unfortunately the cigar fell far short of my expectations as it was impossible to maintain a decent draw from the initial lighting. Severely disappointing .

Your website is fantastic. I would suggest one change with the Nick's Daily Deal, a link to the cigar's original page or the quick guide at the bottom of the original page would be helpful on the NDD page. If I've never smoked the cigar or the blend it helps knowing filler and binder origin and wrapper details. Also, I'm not a big fan of the price match set up. Too much risk involved. I can guarantee that I will get the price from the other site, and the sites I use always send a note thanking me for my order and normally throws in a lighter, cutter, or a few sticks my orders. They don't have the variety or the fast shipping as you all, but make up in lower prices (on some items) and the surprise extras. The surprise extras alown keep me coming back to them. Just my $0. 02 take it or leave it.

In recent months JR order processing and shipping cycle times have increased. For my location, fulfillment times increased from four days to 7-8 days. I find this unsatisfactory.

Have made three orders and the last was the worst. A package of 10 cigars and half of them you can not even inhale. A waste of money - will never buy again from them for selling such crappy products
