I purchased two dozen cartons of Cherokee filtered cigars, vanilla about two months ago. Approximately 3 to five in each pack have pin holes near the filters or the wrappers are partially open. I have purchased Cherokee for years and this was never a problem. The quality has dropped tremendously. I will never purchase this brand again.

Everything went as well as I thought it could, everything accurate and done quickly.

Other thing that bothers me with JR cigars in the last year when looking at Jr alternatives deals stuff like that your selection and the alternatives of the unknown cigars has been blank for six or eight months if not longer which tells me maybe you don't have a supply such as maybe cigar international

It would really be a plus for you guys to start offering free shipping to keep up with the competitors in the market and also show appreciation to your customers especially your loyal ones sometimes we find in the same item for the same price offering free shipping and I will go to the site offering free shipping. I believe you’re losing a lot of customers for that.

At about $ 25 over Cigar King I would have expected really moist sticks. Disappointed. I wonder if their Humodor is broken
