Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely NO help from customer service when we asked for help with purchasing. Taking our $300 purchase elsewhere.

Horrible company. The costumer service is uncoordinated, effective, and doesn't seem to know what is going on. Their online ordering system is inefficient and glitchy. I cancelled my orders as a result of my bad experience and still am getting emails about those orders getting shipped. Makes no sense and very frustrating. Get your cigars elsewhere

Just received an order of Monte Cristos. The very first one I lit up started to unravel very quickly. I’ve never before had a Monte Cristo do this especially right after opening the order. Perhaps the rest of the order will be ok - who knows. But I’m sorely disappointed that a brand new cigar would do this - especially a well known brand.

Placed an order the screen said coupon will be applied at checkout, it wasn’t. I called customer service they said nothing could be done. I will never order from them again.
