I was impressed with Scott pressman called from concierge department in regards to my concerns about some cigars and issues about website ordering . He took the time to explain to me why things happen as they do and how they operate and how they do things which I didn't know all that but he made it clear and easy for me to understand but I must say I was very impressed with the phone call I thought after making a review about a cigar issue I had that they would just ignore it and move on but obviously they didn't , they actually called me to address my concerns, which I never expected. Scott was very professional explained everything in detail past questions in regards to previous orders and reached out to let me know that he'll be contacting me that it's just me with other orders and I'm glad to have spoke with him he's definitely an asset to JR cigar company looking forward to doing business with him again, in the near future. What a great experience it was dealing with him.

Love the price! I have ordered these cigars for years. Unfortunately, on occasion they have a 1/32 hole just below the filter. Could be a machining problem or bugs?
