Not good on my purchase

Shipping is my biggest gripe they mean every bit of 9 day shipping. This cigar is a good affordable everyday cigar.

Loyalty, there is none with JR Cigars. I have spent thousands of dollars over many years purchasing from JR Cigars. Loyalty program defines 1 point for every $1 spent with JR Cigars Terms & Conditions explicitly stating points expire after 3 months. JR Cigars applied the earned points however, removed them from account 1 month after. Upon reaching out to customer service, they only proved that points were added and removed or "expired" after 1 month, and some even as less as within days. JR Cigars refuses to add the rightfully earned points, refuses to reply via email, and refuses to adhere to the Loyalty towards customers as they claim. The CEO should be ashamed of their business ethic and how they handled this situation. They have now lost another customer.

I recently received an order of five 20-packs of Alt. Edicion Limitada Double Coronas (100 cigars), and NOT ONE WAS SMOKABLE due to poor draw. The Return Policy indicates that cut cigars may not be returned, but YOU CANNOT TELL WHETHER A CIGAR HAS POOR DRAW WITHOUT CUTTING IT. I have spent thousands of dollars with the company over many years, but recently your quality control has deteriorated badly and I will not longer do business with you unless defective cigars can be returned.

Consistently have sales that make quality sticks realistically attainable for the every day man.

I was looking to buy a couple of bundles of Factory Smokes. They are my husbands every day smokes. He likes them. I noticed your price has gone up a around $20 a bundle AGAIN. I have bought from JR's a bunch of times and so has my husband. What used to be an inexpensive tasty every day smoke from you has turned me to other companies. The other biggies like Mike's, Mom's and even Thompson beat you prices significantly. What a shame.

JR plays games with the delivery. Their customer service is poor and they always trying to push extra stuff off on you when you don’t need it half a star I’m taking my business elsewhere.

JR Cigars is an excellent shop for this brand. Keeping in-stock and very good packaging and shipping! Their prices for shipping, keeps the price to purchase out-of-state still affordable. I love their customer service, Keeping buyer aware of package arrival and timing!!!

Quality of products sent is extremely poor. Cigars have multiple holes in leaves that wrap tobacco, and the filters are damaged as well. I ordered 3 cartons and more than 6-7 packs were defective. It’s one thing if ho,es at base next to filter, one could use scotch tape but multiple holes from top to bottom, no. And then the company came up with some lame policy not wanting to replace product . That’s just a few images of defective products’ and now I need to vacuum my coffee table.

I’ve been dealing with them for over a month on a mistake THEY made but charged me for. It’s ridiculous! I’m done with them. My husband used JR Cigars for years and loved their costumer service but no more.

I can’t see my account dashboard and orders on iPhone 17pro

Ordered to have delivered before Christmas- paid for 3 business days delivery- ordered on Saturday- thought would be delivered by Wednesday- but, was told Monday did not count as day 1, so therefore would not arrive by Christmas- no refund, no help at all- won’t be delivered until December 29- so if Tuesday is day 1, Wednesday day 2- Thursday (Christmas) - should be delivered by at least Friday -26th. SCAM on delivery fees!!!!

If you want to place an order, and the check back every few days to see if they've bothered to ship it, this is your place. If you want to actually get what you order, go somewhere else.

Great cigars and great service.

JR has lost many customers including me after 20+ years. Not the same place, going on 8 days and waiting on my order. Just want my last order going else in future. Go to trustPilot 80% of reviews are 1 star

Have been shopping with J&R for 10 plus years and have been a member for as long. Was just told that my membership ran out at the end of October and they were not offering the program any more, as a member you were entitled to free shipping. Now in most cases you have to pay shipping, state sales tax, and a tobacco use tax making the taxes and shipping almost as much as the cigars. I guess I will have to start shopping at Other cigar sites like Famous Cigars or Cigars. com.

Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely NO help from customer service when we asked for help with purchasing. Taking our $300 purchase elsewhere.
