I am overweight so my feet are wide and I have plantar fasciitis with fallen arches. As long as I wear a wide width from Journee, with the bottom of the shoes, not with wooden material, Journee shoes are great. I wear a size 8, wide width.

Extra wide calf is not the same on the boots. . Ordered these Kamara and not even close to extra wide. The others were fine.
