Not a good experience with the shipping company Journee used. Fortunately I was tracking the package and ended up calling the shipping company in order to get the shoes delivered to my home. I would hesitate to order again from Journee for this reason,

Fit perfectly and actually stayed on my feet— I didn’t even get blisters my first time wearing them. I’ve gotten loads of compliments. This purchase was so worth it!

These light blue vegan patent-leather pumps are just what I needed for a special event coming up. The toe box fit beautifully. I will need to add some mole skin on the left heel to make sure it doesn't slip but that is an indication of my foot size, not the product which fits my right foot beautifully. I wore the shoes for two hours walking about the house and meal prepping on the tiled kitchen floor. I did this to detect any pressure points early. None were found. I did learn that it's been a very long while since I've worn heels of any size! Still, there was no discomfort, only leg muscles "talking". I recommend this shoe as an attractive, comfortable dressy shoe that's easy to wear.

These shoes are so cute. They are quite comfortable too. It’s nice to have a wide shoe and not feel like a clown shoe.

I found the reel on Instagram that led me to the site. I was hoping the influencer was telling the truth, so I took a leap and bought two pair. A little background: I tore the front a back meniscus in my knee a few years back and thought I would never wear heels again! And most shoes aren’t built for higher weight limits anyway. But I wore my wedges to work! (With a backup pair of flats just in case). Not only was I still wearing them after work, the parking lot is two blocks away! I’ve been telling all my friends about this site! Journee, please never change! Please!

I had a very frustrating experience with Journey Collection regarding a return . Over a month ago, I accidentally returned the wrong item (from a different retailer). After contacting customer service, I was told they could help forward the package to the correct retailer and asked me to provide a return shipping label—which I did. However, when I tried to follow up, my emails were repeatedly rejected with an error referencing their customer service email address. I even attempted to resend everything from a different email, and those messages were rejected as well. Because of this, I’ve been unable to communicate with them or confirm whether my package is being handled. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this and even offered to pay for reshipping, but the lack of communication has caused significant delays. This is now time-sensitive, and I risk losing the ability to return the item to the correct retailer altogether. Very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of follow-through

I hate the quality of the shoes. It hurts and it is very tight and uncomfortable. I would give it a one star review.
