I placed my order March 5th and I still haven't received it. Tracking says that it left a shipping facility in Utah on March 9th, but still no shoes.

Paid for the return shipping guarantee, and even though I didnt have to pay to ship back, the original item was sent in a thin plastic wrap, and while I like the environmental aspect of this, Fedex made me purchase a box to return. I like amazons reusable shipping bags.

The shoes that I have purchased complimented my outfits and I will definitely continue to order from Journee.

I am not sure how the shoes are - I haven't received them. I placed my order on March 5th, got a shipping notice on March 7th. However, it is now March 18th and still no package. When I use a tracking app, it looks like they have been sitting somewhere in Utah for days.
