Worst Customer Experience Ever!
I had a very frustrating experience with Journey Collection regarding a return . Over a month ago, I accidentally returned the wrong item (from a different retailer). After contacting customer service, I was told they could help forward the package to the correct retailer and asked me to provide a return shipping label—which I did. However, when I tried to follow up, my emails were repeatedly rejected with an error referencing their customer service email address. I even attempted to resend everything from a different email, and those messages were rejected as well. Because of this, I’ve been unable to communicate with them or confirm whether my package is being handled. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this and even offered to pay for reshipping, but the lack of communication has caused significant delays. This is now time-sensitive, and I risk losing the ability to return the item to the correct retailer altogether. Very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of follow-through
