My shoes did not come in wide, although I ordered them wide.

They fit true to size and look, feel amazing on. Very comfortable.

Very disappointed with the shipping company that delivered my shoes to someone else’s address so I never received my shoes and could not get a refund. I had to re-order the shoes that I no longer needed very disappointed.

Two of the three pairs of boots I bought didn't fit. I have four other pairs from Journee in the same size, so that was strange to me. And when I say didn't fit, they were at least two sizes too small. I purchased the product protection so that I could return/exchange for free, but still ended up paying for the return because I was only given one shipping label for two boxes. I get that unexpected things happen sometimes, but I don't appreciate having to pay almost $20 to return when it was supposed to be free

My booties are super cute, the quality is nice for the price. However they were too small. I should have ordered a size up.

Very uncomfortable and poor quality.

The shoes run wide and do not fit well. I kept them because I needed house shoes, but I don’t love them. SHIPPING NOTE: I was not impressed with shipping. The shoes were bagged, NOT boxed then shrink wrapped to the other pair of shoes that were in their shoe box that had ordered. I felt like both items should have been placed in a shipping box. The slippers could have been squashed or damaged. Not the best first experience ordering Journee shoes. :/

I absolutely love these boots. I'm 5'0 and plus sized. I've never found a pair of boots that fit my height and calves. These are perfect. I got them in bone and ox blood. Both colors are stunning and pair with so many outfits. They are comfortable and don't irritate the back of my knee. Thank you!
