your shoes are beautiful, beyond beautiful. However; for me, they are too-too narrow and small. The shoes I ordered I needed wide width in both. I got a medium and a wide calf. Yes. I needed the wide calf also, but I needed a wide width in my shoes. I have purchased several items and wind up giving them to my daughter who wears a nine and she fits the 12 perfectly. I'm convinced these items are not for wide foot black women. TOO NARROW.

Good product description, especially with sizing. I was nervous they would not fit my calf, but they did and it’s not tight at all.

The boots are gorgeous, well made. So easy to get on and super comfy. Love them! I bought 4 pairs on a whim and lucked out big time!

Great choices and great customer service

I ordered the AVALONN extra wide calf boots. Ordered a size or two too small so i went to do an exchange for the AMELYIA extra wide calf boots in my correct size. I was able to select my preferred size and color and was just waiting for the exchange. Almost a week later i get an email saying the exchange is out of stock. I am confused as to why i was able to select my size in the first place if it was just going to end up being out of stock anyway with no warning, and i won’t even be able to get the boots now. Overall super disappointed and confused with how the system works within the company, but i got a full refund which is a plus i guess.

I purchased two pairs of wide-calf boots. One pair fit great and both boots were truly wide calf. Unfortunately, with the second pair, only one boot was wide calf while the other was not. Shipping was fast and easy, but I was disappointed with the inconsistency in sizing.

These are not wide calf or plus size friendly shoes at all.

You folks keep saying I get free shipping not true think I’ll stop buying from u.

I had a great experience shopping at the Journee website. The only think that I would prefer is that they have a link to the tracking info rather than just a QR code. Don't prefer to use those.

A really good service, great communication, they keep you updated on the product, and returning the product is very easy and convenient. Plus, they have a wide variety of shoes at reasonable prices.

Easy returns, easy to review; wish these had fit. Feels like a lot of work (actually took time to ensure I had the measurements right, based on sizing guide) to have a boot that is so incredibly off. Hopefully you guys could correct that in future but overall a good experience!
